Decorando tortas✨😍//Decorating cakes✨😍 [Esp-Eng]

Hola, amigos como la han pasado, espero y se encuentren muy bien, les cuento que hoy me encontraba en mi casa y llegó una vecina y me dijo para que le hiciera el favor de decorar unas tortas, ya que su hija estaba de cumpleaños y a mí como me encanta la repostería no dudé en decirle que sí, quiero compartir con ustedes de cómo fue la preparación y qué fue lo que utilice.

Prepare un merengue italiano y estos fueron los materiales a utilizar:

* Una taza de claras 
* Dos tazas de azúcar
* 250 gramos de agua
* Vainilla

En una olleta agregas el agua y la azúcar lo pones a fuego lento.  Luego apagar cuando comience a burbujear, por otro lado, batimos las claras a punto de nieve agregando un poco de azúcar, al ver la consistencia un poco dura se le va agregando el almíbar sin dejar de batir en ningún momento cuando esté en picos firmes es porque ya está listo.

Este tipo de merengue se puede utilizar para cualquier postre.

Ya al tener mi merengue listo, comienzo a decorar la primera torta.

Primero hay que tener mucha paciencia para que te quede casi perfecta.

Separo un poco de merengue aparte y se le agrega dos gotas de color rosado.

Quedó lista la primera torta, me encantó mucho, le agregué unas pepitas de colores, eso es opcional, pueden agregarle lo que más deseen.

Con la segunda torta hice un poco de merengue con un rosado más claro y una decoración diferente, fue casi lo mismo, solo cambié la boquilla.

Este fue el resultado de la segunda torta quedó muy hermosa.

Todo con amor queda muy bonito, mi vecina al ver el resultado le gustó mucho.

Les cuento que yo antes no sabía cómo hacer esto, pero cuando uno le gusta algo, no descansa hasta aprender, en mis primeros intentos perdí algunos materiales, pero nunca me rendí. Y aún me falta por seguir aprendiendo.

Desde pequeña siempre me ha gustado hacer tortas y decorarlas, por eso siempre le pongo todo el amor del mundo.
