Friday Emoji Contest #17, hosted by @oliviackl :: A New Year resolution

One &#10102; great 🙌🏻👍🏻 thing about 🆕 New Year is that 👉🏻 you get to start afresh 🍉, you have an excuse to change 💱 things 🆙, a reason to have 🆕 plans and the opportunity 💰 to set 🆕 goals 🥅⚽ for the year 📅.

One of my 👩🏻 &#10102;st resolutions for 2019 is to sleep 🛌🏻💤 earlier, wake up early the next ⏭ morning and go for ❹❺ minute ⌚ walks 🚶🏻‍♀️or swim 🏊🏻‍♀️, just as the sun rises 🌅. For me, the 🌞 is very important because sunlight 🌞💡🔦 gives us Vitamin D and it is always nice to get some heat 🔥🏖 from a fresh 🍉 morning sun 🌞. It is amazing how you gain ➕ an &#10102; hour ⏳⏰ or ❷ by waking 🆙⬆ early 🌅. Once you get a good dose 💉 of happy 😄 endorphins, you are all set to start ▶ your day.

I used to plan for my weekly exercises 🤸🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️ during the day but there was always something that came up last minute 😤😩 and I ended up not 🙅🏻🙎🏻 getting enough 🔋 exercise 🙍🏻. Once you start ▶ going through the motions 🚂 of the day, there will always be something that creeps ☠💀 in to spoil 😠 your plan 📒  and you end 🔚 your day feeling crappy 💩.

I gave my plan a try this week and I am happy 😀 with my 👩🏻 achievement 🏆this week. I am going to execute this new formula ⚗⚛👩🏻‍🔬 and hope 🕊 it lasts me 👩🏻 through the year. All it takes, a good 👍🏻 reason to stay healthy 😃, to live long and prosper 🖖🏻, some will 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️ power and self motivation 🤸🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️.
