<div class="phishy">[ESP]</div> Hoy, 25 de abril, el santoral de la Iglesia Católica celebra el día de San Marcos evangelista, uno de los discípulos del apóstol San Pedro y fundador de la Iglesia cristiana de Alejandría. Hoy celebro con alegría mi onomástico: Marcos, nombre que llevo con orgullo por ser este el nombre del santo que escribió el segundo libro del Nuevo Testamento, el evangelio canónico más antiguo de la Biblia, el cual relata la vida de Jesús desde su bautismo hasta su resurrección.
***"ld al mundo entero y proclamad el Evangelio a toda la creación".*** esencia del evangelio de san Marcos 16, 15-20 que lemos en esta publicación. Evangelio que viene con una sentencia: ***"El que crea y sea bautizado se salvará; el que no crea será condenado".*** Pero que además, deja en claro la promesa de nuestro Señor Jesucristo:
> ***"A los que crean, les acompañarán estos signos: echarán demonios en mi nombre, hablarán lenguas nuevas, cogerán serpientes en sus manos y, si beben un veneno mortal, no les hará daño. Impondrán las manos a los enfermos, y quedarán sanos"***
Dice el evangelista que después que el Mesías envió a sus discípulos a predicar por el mundo entero, fue llevado al cielo y se sentó a la derecha de Dios. Jesús regresó al reino de su Padre pero que desde su lugar de Gloria sigue asistiendo a los que hacen su voluntad: ***"Ellos se fueron a predicar el Evangelio por todas partes, y el Señor cooperaba confirmando la palabra con las señales que los acompañaban".*** Nuestro Señor Jesucristo jamás ha abandonado a su iglesia, Él es compasivo y misericordioso, Él es la Luz del mundo, el camino, la verdad y la vida eterna.

Gospel that comes with a sentence: ***"Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned."*** But that also makes clear the promise of our Lord Jesus Christ:
> ***"Those who believe, these signs will accompany them: they will cast out demons in my name, they will speak new tongues, they will take snakes in their hands and, if they drink a deadly poison, it will not hurt them. They will lay hands on the sick, and they will be healthy"***
The evangelist says that after the Messiah sent his disciples to preach throughout the world, he was taken to heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. Jesus returned to the kingdom of his Father but from his place of Glory he continues to assist those who do his will: ***"They went to preach the Gospel everywhere, and the Lord cooperated by confirming the word with the signs that accompanied".*** Our Lord Jesus Christ has never abandoned his church, He is compassionate and merciful, He is the Light of the world, the way, the truth and eternal life.

En aquel tiempo, se apareció Jesús a los once y les dijo:
«ld al mundo entero y proclamad el Evangelio a toda la creación.
El que crea y sea bautizado se salvará; el que no crea será condenado.
A los que crean, les acompañarán estos signos: echarán demonios en mi nombre, hablarán lenguas nuevas, cogerán serpientes en sus manos y, si beben un veneno mortal, no les hará daño. Impondrán las manos a los enfermos, y quedarán sanos».
Después de hablarles, el Señor Jesús fue llevado al cielo y se sentó a la derecha de Dios.
Ellos se fueron a predicar el Evangelio por todas partes, y el Señor cooperaba confirmando la palabra con las señales que los acompañaban.

At that time, Jesus appeared to the eleven and said:
“Go to the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to all creation.
He who believes and is baptized will be saved; he who does not believe will be condemned.
These signs will accompany those who believe: they will cast out demons in my name, they will speak new languages, they will pick up snakes in their hands, and if they drink deadly poison, it will not harm them. They will lay hands on the sick, and they will be healed."
After speaking to them, the Lord Jesus was taken up to heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
They went to preach the Gospel everywhere, and the Lord cooperated confirming the word with the signs that accompanied them.
