## Finding Stars and Constellations: Leo
#

In order to find the constellation of Leo,  the best thing to do is to look west early at night in a summer sky. The star Regulus is the brightest  start of this constellation and it is between Pollux and Spica (closer to the former)

Regulus (Alpha Leonis)  is actually a multiple star system, with Regulus A as its primary star.  The radius of Regulus A is 3.09 times that of the Sun and it is located 79.3 light years from Earth
