 Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. A continuación les traigo una receta como postre. Se trata de torta con sabor a pera, simple y fácil de hacer para compartir con una taza de café. I hope you like it.*  # MATERIALES/ MATERIALS - 2 tazas de harina de trigo/ *2 cups wheat flour* - 1 taza de azúcar/ *1 cup sugar* - 1 taza de jugo de pera natural/ *1 cup of natural pear juice* - 1 huevo/ *1 egg* - 5 cdas de mantequilla/ *5 tablespoons butter*   # PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE Para empezar haremos la mezcla, en un bowl mezclaremos mantequilla y azúcar. *To start mixing, in a bowl we will mix butter and sugar.*  Seguimos con el huevo. *We continue with the egg.*  Culminamos la mezcla agregándole harina de trigo y jugo de pera al mismo tiempo poco a poco por porciones (haremos el jugo de pera con un licuado de peras en trozos y un poco de agua). *We finish the mixture by adding wheat flour and pear juice at the same time little by little in portions (we will make the pear juice with a blended pear chunks and a little water).*   Para terminar, teniendo la mezcla lista la pondremos en una bandeja cubierta de mantequilla con harina de trigo para que no se pegue la torta al sacarla.
