 Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este post les enseñare una receta fácil de hacer para merendar. Se trata de pan de ajo en forma de bolitas, ideal para comer con un café de merienda con un exquisito sabor. Espero que les guste. *Hi guys, I hope you are feeling well. In this post I will show you an easy recipe to make for a snack. It is garlic bread in the form of balls, ideal to eat with a coffee snack with an exquisite flavor. I hope you like it.*  # MATERIALES/ MATERIALS - 2 tazas de harina de trigo/ *2 cups wheat flour* - 2 cdas de azúcar/ *2 tablespoons sugar* - 2 cda de mantequilla/ *2 tablespoons butter* - 1 cda de levadura/ *1 tablespoon of yeast* - 1 cda de sal/ *1 tablespoon salt* - Agua/ *Water* - Perejil/ *Parsley* - Ajo/ *Garlic*   # PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE Para empezar haremos la masa, en un bowl iremos colocando harina de trigo. *To start we will make the dough, in a bowl we will put wheat flour.*  Agregaremos mantequilla y levadura para panes (podemos sustituir la levadura con bicarbonato). *We will add butter and baking powder (we can substitute the baking powder with baking soda).*  Para darle sabor a la masa, con la sal y azúcar. *To flavor the dough, with salt and sugar.*  Luego mezclamos todo e ir agregando agua poco a poco hasta ir formado una masa. Teniendo la masa la dejamos reposar tapada con un trapo por unos 15-20 minutos. *Then mix everything and add water little by little until a dough is formed. Once the dough is ready, let it rest covered with a cloth for about 15-20 minutes.*  Ahora haremos la mezcla para darle el sabor a ajo al pan, con perejil, ajo picado y mantequilla todo mezclado. *Now we will make the mixture to give the garlic flavor to the bread, with parsley, chopped garlic and butter all mixed together.*  Para terminar, con la masa sacaremos porciones para que cada una haremos forma circulares en forma de bolitas de pan y pondremos en una bandeja cubierta de aceite y harina de trigo para que no peguen al despegar los panes. Cubriremos las bolitas con la mezcla de ajo. Meteremos al horno de 180° por unos 20-25 minutos aproximadamente. Me ha encantado tu receta. ME gusta mucho el pan y el ajo, por lo que un pan de ajo está genial a parte parece fácil de hacer ya que yo soy muy mala con las masas. ¿Tú crees que podría hacerse con un poco de queso? Gracias por compartir
