Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este post les vengo a traer una forma de cenar con tacodillas de pollo con masa de empanadillas. Muy fáciles de hacer y de imitar un taco mexicano.

- Cebolla/ *Onion*
- Moldes de empanadillas/ *Pastry molds*

# PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, los moldes circulares donde hacemos habitualmente las empanadillas pondremos guindando en una bandeja o lo que tengan para que se hornee en forma de un taco.
Metemos al horno de 180° hasta que estén tostadas (revisándolas constantemente).

*To begin, the circular molds where we usually make the empanadillas will be placed on a tray or whatever they have to bake in the shape of a taco.
We put them in the oven at 180° until they are toasted (checking them constantly).*

Por otro lado, prepararemos el pollo sancochado y desmenuzado  con tomate y cebolla cortada en cuadros.

Seguimos agregándole mayonesa (a nuestro gusto) y un toque de sal.

Para terminar, dentro de nuestros tacodillas pondremos el pollo y lechuga cortada en tiras. Listo a comer¡
