Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este le mostrare una de mis recetas favoritas para realizar en el almuerzo. Se trata de salteado de pollo con brócoli, comida china deliciosa con sabores que le dan gusto al pollo.

# PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, le daremos al pollo sabor con unas gotas de salsa de soya.

Pondremos un toque de pimienta y sal para revolver.

Para terminar de preparar el pollo, rodearemos con harina de trigo o maicena.

En un sarten, pondremos a calentar con un poco de aceite para así agregar el pollo y dejarlo cocinar por unos 5 minutos por los 2 lados.

Seguimos agregando la cebolla en tiras y zanahoria circular.

Para terminar, pondremos los brócoli cortados en trozos (pueden echarle otro poco de salsa de soya para darle color).
Agregamos un poco de agua y tapamos el sarten para dejar cocinar hasta que este en su punto.

*To finish, add the broccoli cut in pieces (you can add another bit of soy sauce to give it color).
