Ayer preparé una de mis comidas favoritas en el mundo y sin duda tengo que compartirla con ustedes, soy amante de la panza de res, o más bien del mondongo como tal, tenía mucho tiempo con antojo de comerlo pero realmente no es algo fácil de conseguir hasta que finalmente hace unos días pude comprar, me gusta mucho en sopa y es la única que me gusta pero esta vez he decidido preparar la panza de una manera diferente pero igual de deliciosa y fue guisada, ideal para acompañar con arroz y unas ricas tajadas, aquí les comparto mi preparación y espero que les guste, sin más, ¡a cocinar! </div> <div class=text-justify> <div class=pull-right> ¡Good morning and happy start of the week! different way but just as delicious and it was stewed, ideal to accompany with rice and some delicious slices , here I share my preparation and I hope you like it, without further ado, ¡let's cook! bien la panza de res con abundante agua, luego la llevamos a una olla con agua suficiente hasta cubrirla por completo, colocamos la olla a fuego alto y dejamos cocinar por aproximadamente una o dos horas o hasta ablandar, notaremos que el agua se vuelve oscura y cuando eso pase retiramos la olla y cambiamos el agua por una nueva y limpia y devolvemos la olla al fuego hasta que haya ablandado la panza, pasado esto apagamos el fuego. </div> <div class=text-justify> <div class=pull-right> 🍲 **STEP 1.** The first thing is to wash the beef belly very well with plenty of water, then take it to a pot with enough water to cover it completely, place the pot over high heat and let it cook for about one or two hours or until softening, we will notice that the water turns dark and when that happens we remove the pot and change the water for a new and clean one and return the pot to the fire until the belly has softened, after this we turn off the fire. </div> res del agua y dejamos escurrir por unos minutos, luego la cortamos en tiras largas o en cuadros pequeños, como más nos guste, en mi caso lo hice en tiras largas. </div> <div class=text-justify> <div class=pull-right> 🍲 **STEP 2.** We remove the beef belly from the water and let it drain for a few minutes, then we cut it into long strips or small squares, as we like, in my case I did it in long el tomate y el ajo en cuadritos pequeños, colocamos un sartén a fuego medio/alto y añadimos 3 cucharadas de aceite, seguidamente añadimos los aliños picados y los sofreímos por unos minutos hasta que notemos que el tomate comience a soltar líquido. </div> <div class=text-justify> <div class=pull-right> 🍲 **STEP 3.** We cut the onion, tomato and garlic into small squares, place a pan over medium/high heat and add 3 tablespoons of oil, then add the chopped dressings and fry them for a few minutes until we notice let the tomato begin to release liquid. </div> aliños añadimos la panza de res y agregamos una taza de agua, luego mezclamos para distribuir las tiras de panza con los aliños y dejamos cocinar por unos 20 minutos. </div> <div class=text-justify> <div class=pull-right> 🍲 **STEP 4.** After frying the dressings we add the beef belly and add a cup of water, then mix to distribute the belly strips with the dressings and let cook for about 20 media cucharada de sal, media cucharada de sabroceador, media cucharada de cúrcuma y una cucharada de salsa de soya, mezclamos bien y dejamos cocinar hasta reducir al gusto pero procurando que no seque por completo para aprovechar el jugo para acompañar el arroz, una vez listo retiramos del fuego y servimos. </div> <div class=text-justify> <div class=pull-right> 🍲 **STEP 5.** We season with half a tablespoon of salt, half a tablespoon of flavoring agent, half a tablespoon of turmeric and a tablespoon of soy sauce, mix well and let cook until reduced to taste but making sure it does not dry completely to take advantage of the juice to accompany the rice, once ready remove from heat and serve. </div>
