Espero que estén pasando un lindo viernes!!✨ En este post les mostraré la preparación de esta deliciosa receta, se trata de arroz con zanahoria acompañado de tortilla de carne y tajadas de plátano frito. Tenía tiempo sin preparar este arroz, teníamos en el refrigerador de casa un poco de carne molida ya lista que había quedado de otro día y preparé la tortilla. Espero que les guste mucho este post chicos, a continuación les indicaré los ingredientes y la preparación:</div>

<div class="pull-left">Colocamos la olla a fuego medio bajo, añadimos una cucharada de mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite, después agregamos sal al gusto o medio cubito de caldo de pollo, lo que ustedes prefieran.</div>

<div class="pull-left">Luego pasamos a preparar la tortilla, no me dió tiempo de tomar fotos en este paso pero se lo explico, batimos los cuatro huevos en un bowl pequeño y luego agregamos la carne molida. Colocamos una sartén a fuego bajo con un poco de aceite y vertemos la mezcla que batimos anteriormente.</div>
