Hola ,me alegra mucho poder contarles hoy como aprendí lo importante que es disfrutar un momento no importa si es solo tomando una taza de café, viendo caer la lluvia, el sonido del mar o solo el silencio. La vida paso tan rápido y no me daba cuenta de mi alrededor ,siempre estaba apurada y lo hacia todo automáticamente, por ejemplo debía ir a realizar una diligencia y pasaba junto al mar y era incapaz de pararme a ver lo maravilloso del paisaje .Viajaba en ferry y no salía afuera ,solo me quedaba viendo el teléfono o alguna película que colocaban, me perdía de ver la inmensidad ,imponencia, majestuosidad y belleza del mar y por supuesto a que esa brisa marina rociara mi cara. Ahora en las mañanas cuando desayuno lo disfruto y solo pienso en lo que esta en mi mesa y agradezco al todo Poderoso por proveerlo a mi familia y pido que a nadie le falte comida en su mesa. Hoy con mi experiencia quisiera que muchos pudieran disfrutar de lo que tienen alrededor ,a veces en la noches veo a mi hijo dormir y agradezco a Dios por mi hermoso regalo de vida

Descubre que te gusta hacer y ponlo en práctica. No lo pospongas. Puede ser que disfrutes caminando, haciendo algún otro ejercicio o actividad.
***Disfruta también tu día en compañía de las personas que te rodean. Tener un momento de comunicación grata y fluida hará que puedes disfrutar de ese momento diario para ti en compañía de las personas que te quieren.
***Desconecta de todo aquello que es imprescindible. Cuando termines de tu trabajo o de cualquier actividad rutinaria, Apaga el móvil y sumérgete en las emociones y sensaciones que te dará la tranquilidad que disfrutarás en ese momento.
***Que tu felicidad diaria no dependa de ningún factor externo. No dejes que ni el calor ni la lluvia, ni cualquier otro factor externo te impida disfrutar del día.
