HOLAA¡¡ Amigos amantes de la comida espero hayan tenido un maravilloso fin de semana en familia.

Hoy les compartiré una receta que decidí aventurarme a realizar ya llevaba un tiempo sin intentar preparar una nueva  porque no había tenido tiempo debido a mis estudios pero dado a que ya entre en periodo de vacaciones tengo más tiempo libre y me dedique a ver varios tutoriales y programas de televisión y casualmente en uno de estos vi este bizcocho de banana y me pareció bastante fácil e interesante pero sobre todo muy saludable. 

>Today I will share a recipe that I decided to venture to make, I had not tried to prepare a new one for a while because I had not had time due to my studies, but since I am already on vacation I have more free time and I dedicate myself to seeing various tutorials and television programs and coincidentally in one of these I saw this banana cake and I thought it was quite easy and interesting but above all very healthy.


Asique quise probar y prepararlo porque estoy acostumbrada a comer las tortas tradicionales de chocolate vainilla o de piña pero jamás una enteramente preparada por una fruta al principio pensé que no resultaría ya que siendo sinceras no soy muy amante de las verduras o frutas muy pocas son de mi agrado solo si son dulces o se preparan en jugos pero por lo general nunca me ha gustado comerlas enteras asique para mi que no soy una fanática de la comida sana por ponerlo de una manera era perfecto probar esta receta  para poder ingerir la fruta y extraer los nutrientes necesarios que esta contiene y que son tan necesarios como el potasio el cuál es una de la vitaminas que abundan en la banana. 

>So I wanted to try and prepare it because I am used to eating the traditional chocolate, vanilla or pineapple cakes but never one entirely prepared by a fruit. At first I thought it would not work since, to be honest, I am not much of a lover of vegetables or fruits, very few are. I only like it if they are sweet or made into juices, but in general I have never liked eating them whole, so for me, I am not a fan of healthy food, to put it in a way, it was perfect to try this recipe to be able to eat the fruit and extract the necessary nutrients, which it contains and which are as necessary as potassium, which is one of the vitamins that abound in bananas.


A continuación les mostrare los ingredientes que emplee y los pasos a seguir para su preparación. 

>Next I will show you the ingredients that I use and the steps to follow for its preparation

## Ingredientes. 

* 200g de azúcar 
* 200g de harina leudante 
* 200g de mantequilla (a temperatura ambiente) 
* 4 huevos 
* ½ cucharada de bicarbonato
* 1 cucharada de vainilla 
* 3 bananas grandes 
* 100ml de leche. 

>## Ingredients.

* 200g of sugar
* 200g self-rising flour
* 200g butter (at room temperature)
* 4 eggs
* ½ tablespoon baking soda
* 1 spoon of vanilla
* 3 large bananas
* 100 ml of milk.

## Preparacion.

>## Preparation.

**Paso 1** 

Tomar las bananas pelarlas y luego echarlas en un recipiente para después agregar la azúcar y la leche.

**Paso 2** 

Hecho esto se procede a ir triturando las bananas con un tenedor hasta que queden como un Pure. 

>Once this is done, proceed to crush the bananas with a fork until they are like a Pure.

Luego se pasa aún recipiente más grande para tener mayor libertad y espacio y se cierne y agrega la harina, el bicarbonato y luego se agrega  los huevos.

**Paso 3** 

Una vez hecho esto se coloca la mantequilla a fuego bajo y se derrite para después agregar la vainilla y mezclar.

Finalmente se le agrega ese líquido a la mezcla y se procede a incorporar todo y que quede una masa suelta y uniforme se engrasa la tortera y se le echa algo de harina para después echar la masa en él y llevarla al horno por 45 min. 


>Finally, this liquid is added to the mixture and everything is incorporated so that a loose and uniform dough remains, the tortilla is greased and some flour is added to it, and then the dough is poured into it and baked for 45 min.

Y LISTOO¡¡  Tenemos un  delicioso bizcocho de  banana muy fácil de hacer y también  nutritivo sin duda su sabor superó mis expectativas y es una receta que se que preparare más seguido porque no tiene un sabor ni muy dulce ni muy salado su textura es suave y esponjosa es el perfecto bocadillo para iniciar el día con energía o que podemos tomar en las tardes y compartir con nuestros familiares espero les haya gustado esta receta que les traje el día de hoy y se animen a prepararla en casa.
