Feliz día mis amigos de @lifestyle un fuerte abrazo para todos ustedes espero que estén muy bien llenos de bendiciones y salud que es lo más importante, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo orgullosa que estoy de mis estudiantes.
>Happy day my friends at @lifestyle, a big hug to all of you, I hope you are all doing well, full of blessings and health, which is the most important thing. Today I want to share with you how proud I am of my students.
Enseñar no es fácil considero que no todo el mundo tiene esa habilidad y desde pequeña siempre tuve ese don y desde que estaba en primer año de bachillerato yo daba tareas dirigídas a niños que iban a primer grado no fue una tarea fácil pues ayudar a aprender a leer no es tan sencillo como creía sin embargo fue una gran experiencia y aunque la docencia no fue mi carrera como tal disfruto al ejecutarla , dar clases ha sido una gran experiencia con múltiples beneficios ya que gracias a ellos aprendo muchísimas cosas pues cada niño es diferente cada uno tiene una realidad distinta en su hogar lo que hace que cada motivación sea diferente.
>Teaching is not easy, I consider that not everyone has that ability and since I was little I always had that gift and since I was in the first year of high school I gave homework to children who were in first grade. It was not an easy task because helping them learn to read is not as simple as I thought, however it was a great experience and although teaching was not my career as such, I enjoy doing it. Teaching has been a great experience with multiple benefits since thanks to them I learn many things because each child is different, each one has a different reality in their home, which makes each motivation different.
Cara vemos corazones no sabemos es impresionante como podemos encontrar tantas diversas situaciones que muchas veces nos arrugan el corazón al escucharlo, ser docente no es solo enseñar un tema sino que abarca muchísimo más que todo eso, pues abarca que seamos inspiración , motivación por aprender y explorar a desarrollar su potencial , cada niño tiene un mundo distinto en su casa cada uno cuenta con realidades distintas dónde nosotros los docentes nos adaptamos a diferentes formas para llevar su aprendizaje con éxito, no solo formamos para aprendizaje también contribuimos para su formación integral , este año trabaje más con los niños de primer año de bachillerato y e aprendido que debemos trabajar las emociones y empatía de los estudiantes para facilitar su aprendizaje y aprender a comprender los sentimientos y emociones de los demás para que ellos puedan aprender a relacionarse como compañero y entender resolver conflictos de forma pacífica , al tener empatía ellos aprenderán valorar las diferencias ya que en cada aula encontramos diferentes niños que el nivel para aprender no es el mismo pero que con empatía podemos ayudarlos a comprender los procesos de aprendizaje y a conectar mejor con los demás.
>Face we see hearts we do not know it is impressive how we can find so many diverse situations that many times they wrinkle our hearts when we hear it, being a teacher is not just teaching a subject but it covers much more than all that, because it covers that we are inspiration, motivation to learn and explore to develop their potential, each child has a different world at home, each one has different realities where we teachers adapt to different ways to carry out their learning successfully, we not only train for learning we also contribute to their comprehensive training, this year I worked more with the children of the first year of high school and I have learned that we must work on the emotions and empathy of the students to facilitate their learning and learn to understand the feelings and emotions of others so that they can learn to relate as partners and understand how to resolve conflicts peacefully, by having empathy they will learn to value differences since in each classroom we find different children whose level to learn is not the same but with empathy we can help them understand the learning processes and connect better with others.
En esta área de formación que estoy dando llamada innovación tecnológica e aprendido que nosotros los docentes cada día nos esforzamos no solo para ver resultados académico en ellos sino para ver también conexiones emocionales que les permita relacionarse asertivamente con los demás , que les permita reconocer las necesidades físicas y emocionales de los compañeros, tengo una estudiante que tenía temor de dialogar con otros compañeros a pesar de poder hablar manteniéndose en aislamiento social y gracias a Dios puedo decir que con mucha empatía de todos hemos logrado ver avances en ella.
>In this area of training that I am giving called technological innovation I have learned that we teachers strive every day not only to see academic results in them but also to see emotional connections that allow them to relate assertively with others, that allow them to recognize the physical and emotional needs of their classmates, I have a student who was afraid to talk to other classmates despite being able to speak, remaining in social isolation and thank God I can say that with a lot of empathy from everyone we have managed to see progress in her.
Siento mucha satisfacción cuando veo cada uno de mis estudiantes mejorando en cada tema que les imparto y siguiendo mis consejos no es tarea fácil pero espero que por lo menos de cada grupo que le doy clases quedé un aprendizaje significativo que les ayude a superar obstáculos y cumplir sus metas que mi pasión y compromiso sea un modelo para seguir adelante.

>I feel so satisfied when I see each of my students improving in every subject I teach, and following my advice is no easy task, but I hope that at least from each group I teach, I leave behind a significant learning experience that helps them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
