Found a site called skipper tavern. I decided to announce that I am looking for a yacht for a Caribbean cruise. A skipper from Poland, Masuria, contacted me and offered 11 days of a Caribbean cruise at a very good price.

I agreed to the terms and we were able to start the cruise from le Marin in Martinique. We came to the port and Mr. Robert, a skipper with extensive experience, approached us on a pontoon. He took us on board the Beneteau yacht.

Przyjechaliśmy do portu, a na pontonie podpłynął do nas Pan Robert, skiper z dużym doświadczeniem. Zabrał nas na pokład jachtu Beneteau.
The yacht was a 6-person yacht, but as it turned out, we were four of them. Me and my wife and our skipper with his wife. Great conditions, a lot of freedom and comfort. We did shopping in a market for 110 euro for 11 days. As it turned out, we did not consume most of the food.

Due to lack of time, we do not land on the island of Saint Lucia. We admire only the beautiful peaks on the island of Gros Piton and Petit Piton from a distance. Both mountains over 700 meters make an impressive impression during the cruise.

February 20, my birthday. We are starting from Le Marin in Martinique to the Grenadines. The cruise will last around 30 hours non-stop. Will I swallow it or am I seasick? after 17 hours of heavy rocking, it turns out that I don't have one. But this rocking puts me to sleep and I wake up intermittently at 4pm. It is beautiful. Giant waves, turquoise water, like in the photos of travel agencies. We'll see what's next. We're landing at Saint Vincent.

Czy ja to przełknę, czy nie mam choroby morskiej? po 17 godzinach mocnego bujania okazuje się, że nie mam. Za to bujanie mnie usypia i budzę się z przerwami o 16stej. Jest przepięknie. Gigantyczne fale, turkusowa woda, jak na zdjęciach biur podróży. Zobaczymy co dalej. Przybijamy do Saint Vincent.
We stay two days in Saint Vincent, and we have a heavily drunk party at Antonio's. We talk to the locals and leave them some fishing equipment as a gift.
>W Saint Vincent zostajemy dwie doby, i zaliczamy mocno zakrapianą imprezę u Antonio. Rozmawiamy z miejscowymi i zostawiamy im w prezencie trochę sprzętu wędkarskiego.
We move on. Our destination is Union Island, where we need to stock up on water, fuel and the required permits. On the way, we wanted to withdraw some cash from the ATM, as it turned out it was impossible because the bank blocked our credit cards, considering the transactions to be dangerous. Fortunately, the situation was rectified.
>Ruszamy dalej. Naszym celem są wyspy Union Island, gdzie musimy się zaopatrzyć w wodę, paliwo i wymagane zezwolenia. Po drodze chcieliśmy wypłacić trochę gotówki z bankomatu, jak się okazało było to niemożliwe, ponieważ bank zablokował nam karty kredytowe, uznając transakcje za niebezpieczne. Na szczęście udało się sytuację wyprostować.

Our next and last stop is Tobago Keys. A beautiful archipelago of small islands with turquoise water. But the biggest attraction was ordering a huge fresh lobster from a local cook called Big Mama. Due to the wind conditions, we had to eat the dish on the yacht.

Ale największą atrakcją było zamówienie ogromnego świeżego lobstera przyrządzanego przez miejscową kucharkę o nazwie Big Mama. Ze względu na warunki wietrzne, musieliśmy zjeść potrawę na jachcie.
A curiosity on the island were huge fish fed with the remains of a lobster. They came to the very shore and protruded their mouths above the water surface to feed them.
>Ciekawostką na wyspie były olbrzymie ryby dokarmiane resztkami lobstera. Przypływały do samego brzegu i wystawiały pyszczki nad powierzchnię wody aby je dokarmić.
Time passed inexorably and we had to go back to Martinique to make our flight back to Europe. Summing up the trip to the Caribbean, I must admit that for a debut it was very successful. I am happy to repeat in the direction of Dominica and Kuba.
>Czas płynął nieubłaganie i musieliśmy już wracać na Martynikę, aby zdążyć na lot powrotny do Europy. Podsumowując wypad na Karaiby, muszę przyznać, że jak na debiut, to był bardzo udany. Chętnie powtórzę w stronę Dominiki i Kuby.
