Occurrence: In deciduous and pine forests with a grass base, in clearings, in thickets, in parks. It grows singly or in scattered groups from July to October. Frequent.
[PL] Występowanie: W lasach liściastych i sosnowych o podłożu trawiastym, na polanach, w zaroślach, w parkach. Rośnie pojedynczo lub w rozproszonych grupach od lipca do października. Częsty.

Components:

1) several large mushrooms (Macrolepiota procera)
2) two eggs
3) vegetable oil (or other vegetable fat)
4) bread crumbs
5) salt, pepper

Recipe:

1) Clean the mushrooms, it is not advisable to wash them with water
2) roll in beaten egg
3) roll in breadcrumbs
4) Put in a frying pan for hot oil and fry
5) Serve with boiled potatoes
6) Salad optional - I like chicory (Cichorium intybus)



Składniki:

1) kilka dużych grzybów (Macrolepiota procera)
2) dwa jajka
3) olej roślinny (lub inny tłuszcz roślinny)
4) bułka tarta
5) sól, pieprz

Przepis:

1) Grzyby oczyścić, nie jest wskazane mycie wodą
2) obtoczyć w roztrzepanym jajku
3) obtoczyć w tartej bułce
4) Układamy na patelni na gorący olej i smażymy
5) podajemy z gotowanymi ziemniakami
6) Sałatka opcjonalnie - ja lubię cykorię (Cichorium intybus)

Spróbuj jeszcze zrobić jak flaki (Moja tak robi). Całość robi się dokładnie jak flaczki, tylko zamiast nich dodaje się kanie. Najlepiej właśnie takie młode jak na twojej fotce - pocięte w talarki jak kalmary :D Nie gotować zbyt długo, żeby się bryja nie zrobiła
