Saludos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive,  es un gusto saludarles y compartir una nueva receta con todos ustedes, para hoy  un delicioso caldo de Gallina con Maíz Tierno, es un plato exquisito, con muchas vitaminas y nutrientes,  ideal para toda la familia para esos días dónde se quiere mimar el cuerpo.

# Receta: Delicioso Caldo de Gallina con Maíz Tierno 🥣🌽

# Ingredientes
3 kg de gallina fresca 
1 cebolla
6 Ajíes dulces
1 cabeza de Ajo
 1 rama de Cebollín
1 rama de Cilantro
1 rama de Celery
750 gr de Chaco o batata
750 gr de Ocumo chino
750 gr de Yuca
750 gr de Auyama
2 Maíz tierno
Sal a gusto

# Recipe: Delicious Chicken Broth with Tender Corn 🥣🌽 
# Ingredients 
3 kg of fresh chicken 
1 onion
 6 sweet peppers 
1 head of garlic
 1 branch of chives 
1 branch of Coriander 
1 branch of Celery 
750 gr of Chaco or sweet potato 
750 gr of Chinese Ocumo 
750 gr of Yucca
 750 gr Auyama 
2 sweet corn 
Salt to taste

Para obtener este delicioso caldo  vamos a empezar colocando en una olla lo suficientemente grande, la gallina picada junto con cebollín, ají, ajo,cebolla cilantro y celery previamente lavado, también agregar un poco de sal y llevar a fuego bajo.

> To obtain this delicious broth, we are going to start by placing the chopped chicken together with chives, chili pepper, garlic, onion, cilantro and celery previously washed in a large enough pot, also add a little salt and bring to a low heat.

Luego vamos a agregar agua, removemos de vez en cuando y vamos a cocinar hasta que la gallina esté blanda.

Seguidamente  lavar, pelar y cortar toda la verdura chaco, chino, yuca, auyama incluyendo el maíz, agregar junto con la gallina blanda, agregar agua hasta que lo cubra, dejar hervir.

> Next, wash, peel and cut all the chaco, chino, cassava, and auyama vegetables, including the corn, add along with the soft chicken, add water until it covers it, let it boil.

Cuando la verdura este blanda, vamos a corregir de sal, luego apagar y retirar del fuego y listo para servir y degustar.
