Buenas noches a todos los  amigos de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, un gran placer saludarles y compartir una nueva receta, para hoy una preparación saludable y deliciosa, se trata de unas Panquecas de avena, las prepare para la cena, necesitamos de poco ingredientes para hacerlas, además las acompañe con queso blanco duro, pero también, se pueden acompañar con frutas en el desayuno.

1/2 taza de hojuelas de avena molida
1 huevo
1 taza de leche
Esencia de vainilla a gusto

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es, colocar la avena en hojuelas en la licuadora y convertirla en  harina fina.

 The first thing we are going to do is place the oat flakes in the blender and turn it into fine flour.

Cómo segundo paso, vamos a colocar la harina y la leche en un recipiente y mezclar muy bien, quedará una mezcla líquida.

Luego agregamos el huevo y la vainilla a gusto, revolvemos muy bien, hasta que todo se integre.

Por último vamos a calentar una sartén, engrasamos ( para que las Panquecas no se peguen) una vez, bien caliente, agregar una parte de la mezcla y cocinar por ambos lados, retirar y listo para servir y degustar.

 Finally we are going to heat a frying pan, grease (so that the Pancakes do not stick) once, very hot, add a part of the mixture and cook on both sides, remove and ready to serve and taste.
