Feliz mitad de semana amigos de la plataforma Hive, es un placer saludarles y compartir con todos ustedes, en esta ocasión les compartiré como preparé pollo guisado con papas para mi almuerzo.

Para esta preparación amerite de aliños, tomate, pimentón, cebolla, ajo, cilantro y por supuesto la papa y pollo fresco, todo esto bien cortado y cocinando a fuego bajo, servido con arroz blanco  y listo el almuerzo.
