Holaaaaaa muy buenas a todos mi queridos compañeros de mi favorita comunidad amo cocinar jaajjjaja como están? I hope very well, well friends I do not know if you have prepared it but I want to show you how I do it and it is sardines overflowing, I hope you like it, Let's start friends.

The ingredients I used are the following;

250 grams of fresh sardines.
Flour bread
Salt
Garlic powder
2 eggs 
Oil.

The first thing I did was wash the sardines because they are sold filleted, then in a deep dish I put 100 grams of flour bread, then in a container I put the two eggs and beat it with a fork ajajajaj I put salt and garlic powder, and well in a pan with enough oil I put it on the stove with high heat I waited 1 minute to heat, then I was overflowing the sardines, first I passed them through the egg and then I passed them through the flour and so I did it successively until I overflowed them all then I placed them little by little in the pan and let them brown on each side for 2 minutes they cook super fast but they suck a lot of oil because of the flour but it is worth it and well friends so they were, this tastes like glory jajajaaj I hope you like it until here my post thank you all for taking a minute of your time and read take care of yourselves.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar las sardinas porque ya me la venden fileteadas, después en un plato hondo coloque 100 gramos de harina pan, luego en un envase coloque los dos huevos y lo batí con un tenedor ajajaj le coloqué sal y el ajo en polvo, y bueno en un sartén con suficiente aceite lo coloqué en la hornilla con el fuego alto espere 1 minuto para que calentara, luego fui rebosando las sardinas, primero la paso por el huevo y después la pasé por la harina así lo hice sucesivamente hasta que las rebose todas después fue colocando poco a poco en el sartén las dejé dorar  por cada lado 2 minutos ellas se cocinan súper rápido pero chupan mucho aceite por la harina pero vale la pena y bueno amigos así quedaron, esto sabe a gloria jajajaaj espero les guste hasta aquí mi post gracias a todos por tomar un minuto de su tiempo y leer cuidenseee.

That looks appetizing and delicious. I never tried cooking a raw sardines with egg. Its always a canned sardines with egg. But i like the way how you cooked it maybe i will try your recipe someday.

Men encantan las sardinas empanizadas; solo faltó agregar el toque de la ensalada con tomate, cebolla y lechuga; sin embargo así solitas son deliciosas. Buen trabajo.
