Feliz noche tengan todos mis queridos amigos amantes de la comida y el sabor por aquí saludando y deseando que hayan tenido un bonito día y puedan disfrutar de está rica preparación cómo lo es un pescado frito conocido como lamparosa acompañado de un espagueti guisado con aliños y una ensalada fresca de pepino y tomate para disfrutar un Rico almuerzo.

Ingredientes: 1 kilo de pescado fresco lamparosa, 500 gramos de espaguetis, una cebolla, mantequilla, sal, orégano, cúbito, aceite, zanahoria.

Comencé cortando la cebolla y ají para llevarla a la licuadora con vaso de agua y obtener un concentrado de aliño lo cual lleve a una olla con mantequilla sazonando con sal y orégano.

 Luego de sacar las agallas y lavar mi pescado lo sazone con sal y lo lleve a un sartén a freír por ambas partes.
