Luego de un compartir con amigos donde las bebidas fuertes se hacen presentes, el estomago suele amanecer un poco sentido y lo que provoca es una rica sopa o caldo ligero que nos haga sentir mejor.

Mi esposo no se encontraba muy bien del estomago, por lo que le preparé una sopa, con un poco de verduras, pocas piezas de pollo y como aditivo  para acentuar el gusto utilicé una sopa de sobre que solo necesita 15 minutos para estar lista.

My husband's stomach was not very well, so I prepared a soup for him, with a little bit of vegetables, a few pieces of chicken and as an additive to accentuate the taste I used an envelope soup that only needs 15 minutes to be ready.

- 2 piezas de pollo.
- 600 gr. de verduras picadas.
- 1 Sobre de Sopa. 
- 1 rama de Céleri.
- 1 Cebolla.
- 3 Ajíes dulce.
- Ajo ,sal al gusto.

Colocamos al fuego una olla con agua y agregamos media cebolla y los ajíes picados a groso modo. Cuando el agua este caliente agregamos las piezas de pollo, tapamos y dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos, para que el pollo suelte su sabor y se cocine.

Luego agregamos las verduras picadas, el ajo y sólo un poco de sal ya que la sopa de sobre aporta gran cantidad de la sal a la preparación.

Cuando las verduras comienzan a ablandar agregamos la sopa de sobre y la rama de célerí o apio España. Dejamos cocinar unos 15 minutos y apagamos.

Servimos y esta lista para disfrutar. Hay quienes junto con la sopa de sobre agregan huevo, también es buena opción y muy rico.

Esta es una receta de una sopa muy rápida sin mucho proceso pero muy deliciosa y con seguridad, un estomago delicadito por la ingesta de bebidas con grado de alcohol alto, se sentirá mucho mejor. Espero les haya gustado.
