Feliz Lunes amigas (os) de @needlewormonday, espero hayan pasado un lindo y relajado fin de semana. Hoy paso a mostrar un poco de mis trabajos hechos durante estos días. 

En esta ocasión me tocó realizar unos shores estilo playero, pero en este caso en tela unicolor que bien se pueden usar en cualquier tarde con una franela de algodón como es el uso que le dará un hermoso niño que es todo un amor, como es, Sebastián el hijo menor de mi amiga @jineska.

1.- Inicialmente lo que hice fue buscar por internet las medidas aproximadas de short para un niño de ocho años. Ya que con el tema pandemia fue imposible tomar las medidas o que mi amiga me entregara uno de medida. Con estas medidas pasé a  trabajar en la tela cortando primeramente la parte delantera y trasera del short.

1.- Initially what I did was to search the internet for the approximate measurements of shorts for an eight year old boy. Since with the pandemic issue it was impossible to take the measures or that my friend gave me one of measure. With these measurements I went to work on the fabric cutting first the front and back of the shorts.

2.- También corté dos piezas para los bolsillos y la tira para la cintura.

3.- Comencé cociendo la parte del centro tanto de la parte delantera como la trasera del short. Para ello tomé cada parte, enfrenté los derechos de la tela y pasé costura

3.- I started by sewing the center part of both the front and the back of the shorts. To do this I took each part, faced the right sides of the fabric and sewed the seam allowance.

4.- Luego tomé las piezas de los bolsillos y los pegue a cada lado dela pieza delantera del short.

5.- Pasé después a coser los laterales o costados, luego la entrepierna y hacer el ruedo.

6.- Lo último que trabajé fue la cintura, para lo cual primero pegué la tira que debe ser exacta al ancho de la cintura del short. Luego pegue el elástico y cerré costura.

6.- The last thing I worked on was the waistband, for which I first glued the strip that should be exactly the width of the waistband of the shorts. Then I glued the elastic and closed the seam.

Para así obtener un sencillo short para que sebas pueda renovar su ropero porque ya está creciendo y lo necesita jajaja.

De hecho fueron dos los shores que se le hicieron, en la cual el otro tiene el mismo proceso de confección, pero en este caso decoré con tiras en tela estampada a tono con la tela unicolor, que también quedó muy lindo.
