Feliz día amigos, en casa todos de alguna manera participamos en la cocina, algunos preparando la comida y otros lavando los trastes y colaborando con la limpieza como es el caso de mi hijo. Pero este fin de semana me llenó de mucha alegría porque me dijo que quería aprender a hacer quesillo porque le gustan mucho.

Considero mas fácil el de leche ya que además por lo general tengo todos los materiales.

Le indique como hacer el caramelo y el cuidado que debe tener al hacerlo y luego al esparcirlo por la quesillera. Comenzó entonces colocando media taza de azúcar a fuego bajo, esperó que tomara el color caramelo característico.

En la licuadora colocó un vaso de agua y luego colocó las dos tazas de leche en polvo y puso en funcionamiento la licuadora.

Pasó a agregar la taza de azúcar, los 6 huevos huevos, el toque de vainilla y el de ron. Dejó batir por unos minutos, apago y llevo a la quesillera.

Llevó a baño de María por un poco mas de una hora, esto porque la tapa de la olla no era hermética y se escapaba un poco el vapor, le explique que por lo regular son 45 minutos un quesillo de esta cantidad de materiales.

Sacamos del agua espero que enfriara a temperatura ambiente y le dio miedo desmoldar así que aquí lo ayude y obtuvo este hermoso postre.

Como él lo hizo tenía mucha impaciencia por probarlo así que se valió de todo para agilizar el proceso de enfriamiento y probar su creación. Estuvo muy bueno. Que nuestros hijos se interesen por cosas tan importantes como aprender algún arte culinaria u oficios que le puedan ayudar en algún momento es maravilloso. Todos en casa estuvimos de acuerdo que su quesillo estuvo muy bien, ahora tiene desespero por hacer otro, ya le tocaría hacerlo solo y sorprendernos y estoy segura que lo lograra. Espero esta experiencia haya sido de su agrado y nos leemos pronto.
