I have always liked chocolate and in one of its presentations ping pong, it drives me crazy. I remember that when I was twelve years old I longed to be given a ping pong table that day, my birthday was approaching, my mother organized a small party for me, I invited six friends and four friends, they were the closest ones, days before my mother I prepared some tequeños, sweet empanaditas, sighs, nougat, jellies, and a great cake to share at my party. My mother was very happy to be able to celebrate my birthday.

My godmother Abigail who pleased me with everything I wanted was not going to be able to attend my party was on a trip, I felt very nostalgic because apart from being my godmother she was my aunt I felt very identified with her, I remember that day I woke up very nostalgic after the party and I wanted to see my aunt and share my birthday with her, the first phone call I received was from my aunt, she congratulated me and I couldn't contain the urge to cry and I told her how much I loved her, she asked myself:

-Do you believe in surprises? I replied:

-I don't believe in anything anymore, my biggest surprise at my birthday party was that you were by my side.

The aunt dodged a laugh so big that I began to cry louder, with great sadness we said goodbye, I told her how much I loved her and to come back soon.

In the afternoon the guests began to arrive, all of them came at the invitation of my mother to accompany me to chop the cake. They brought me a lot of presents but there was something I wanted and they didn't give me a ping pong bag, a candy that drove me crazy.

My sister Angelica addressed the guests and said:

"Today this afternoon we will surprise the birthday girl, she is going to feel very happy with a pleasant surprise."

I was blindfolded and I felt the hands of a woman touch my face, I place a small box in my hands, I don't know what it contained, but I immediately discovered by its perfume that it was my godmother aunt Abigail, who returned from her trip to share with me my birthday. I hugged her with all my strength and what was my biggest surprise when I uncovered the gift was a box of a ping pong can and a ping pong bag of those rich chocolates with peanuts that drove me crazy, my godmother aunt knew it was my favorite candy she knew all my tastes, it was my best birthday.

Siempre me ha gustado el chocolate y en una de sus presentaciones el ping pong, me enloquece. Recuerdo que cuando cumplí doce años anhelaba que me regalaran ese dia un ping pong, ya se acercaba el día de mi cumpleaños, mi madre me organizaba un pequeño agasajo, invito a seis amigas y cuatro amigos, eran los mas allegados, días anteriores mi madre preparaba unos tequeños, empanaditas dulces, suspiros, turrones, gelatinas, y una gran torta para compartir en mi fiesta, estaba muy contenta mi madre feliz de poder celebrarme  mi cumpleaños.

Mi madrina Abigail quien me complacía con todo lo que yo quisiera no iba a poder asistir a mi fiesta se encontraba de viaje, me sentía muy nostálgica porque a parte de ser mi madrina era mi tía me sentía muy identificada con ella, recuerdo que ese día de la fiesta amanecí muy nostálgica quería ver a mi tía y compartir con ella mi cumpleaños, la primera llamada telefónica que recibí fue de mi tía me felicito y no pude contener las ganas de llorar y le dije lo mucho que la quería, me pregunto:

-Crees en las sorpresas? le respondí:
.
-Ya no creo en nada, mi sorpresa mas grande en mi fiesta de cumpleaños era que estuvieras a mi lado.

La tía sortó una carcajada tan grande que comencé a llorar mas fuerte, con mucha tristeza nos despedimos le dije lo mucho que la quería y que regresara pronto. 

En la tardecita comenzaron a llegar los invitados, todos acudieron a la invitación de mi madre para que me acompañaran a picar el pastel. Me llevaron muchos presentes pero había algo que quería y no me lo regalaron una bolsita de ping pong una golosina que me enloquecía. 

Mi hermana Angélica se dirigió a los invitados y les dijo:

-Hoy en esta tarde le daremos una sorpresa a la cumpleañera, ella se va a sentir muy feliz de agradable sorpresa-.

Me vendaron los ojos y sentí unas manos de una mujer tocar mi rostro, me coloco en mis manos una cajita no se lo que contenía, pero enseguida descubrí por su perfume que era mi tía madrina Abigail, que regreso de su viaje para compartir conmigo mi cumpleaños. La abrace con todas mi fuerzas y cual fue mi mayor sorpresa cuando destape el regalo era un estuche de una lata de ping pong y una bolsita de ping pong de esos ricos chocolates con maní que me enloquecían, mi tía madrina sabia que era mi golosina favorita ella sabia todos mis gustos, fue mi mejor cumpleaños.
