<div class="text-justify">Que importante es agradecer a Dios cada día  por nuestros ojos ese órgano de la visión que nos pone en  contacto con el medio externo, de poder mirar los rostros de animales, personas, admirar la naturaleza que importante es este sentido de la vista que a través de nuestros ojos nos relacionamos con nuestros semejantes, que perfecta es la anatomía humana, este sentido es el más desarrollado de los 5 sentidos que tenemos, por eso es importante tener una salud visual óptima. Tenemos que cuidar nuestros ojos y evitar a toda costa que se enfermen.</div> 


><div class = "text-justify">How important it is to thank God every day for our eyes that organ of vision that puts us in contact with the external environment, to be able to look at the faces of animals, people, admire the nature that Important is this sense of sight that through our eyes we relate to our peers, how perfect the human anatomy is, this sense is the most developed of the 5 senses that we have, that is why it is important to have optimal visual health. We have to take care of our eyes and avoid getting sick at all costs.</div>

<div class="text-justify">A través de nuestros ojos podemos expresar muchos sentimientos, de alegrías, tristezas, rabias, etc, por eso digo que los ojos son el espejo del alma, ellos nos reflejan de manera inmediata nuestros estados de ánimos, miedos, emociones nuestros secretos más emotivos. Por ejemplo soy muy expresiva con mis ojos, porque son grandes y de color marrón claro, cualquier situación por la que este pasando me delatan. Por eso digo que una mirada vale más que mil palabras.</div> 

><div class = "text-justify"> Through our eyes we can express many feelings, of happiness, sadness, rage, etc, that is why I say that the eyes are the mirror of the soul, they immediately reflect our states of spirits, fears, emotions our most emotional secrets. For example, I am very expressive with my eyes, because they are large and light brown, whatever situation I am going through betrays me. That is why I say that a look is worth a thousand words. </div>

<div class="text-justify">El contacto visual es una forma de comunicarnos de una manera no verbal, por lo tanto los ojos y su mirada pueden expresar y decir tanto y a través de ellos podemos saber por lo que pasa una persona, forma parte importante y ayuda mucho en una conversación.</div>

><div class = "text-justify">Eye contact is a way of communicating in a non-verbal way, therefore the eyes and their gaze can express and say so much and through them we can know what a person is going through, it is an important part and helps a lot in a conversation.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Por eso en este reto # 7 rindo agradecimiento al igual que todos los días de mi vida por tener unos ojos sanos, le doy gracias a Dios por ver, que puedo mirar mi entorno, la naturaleza y sus bellezas que nos ofrece, que puedo ver los rostros de mis seres queridos, asimismo los estados de ánimos porque ellos delatan los sentimientos a través de alegrías, tristezas, miedos, etc.</div>

><div class = "text-justify">That is why in this challenge # 7 I give thanks as every day of my life for having healthy eyes, I thank God for seeing, that I can look at my environment, nature and its beauties that it offers us, that I can see the faces of my loved ones, likewise the moods because they reveal feelings through joys, sadness, fears, etc.</div>
