According to the holy bible, God chose the sheep to enlighten us Christians, because these animals are so tame that they allow themselves to be sheared, tied, even sacrificed without hindrance.


> With just reason the Lord is called Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. He said: learn from me that I am gentle and humble of heart.

> Matthew 25: 31-33 When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on his throne of glory, 32 and all the nations will be gathered before him; and he will separate one from the other, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 And he will set the sheep on his right, and the goats on his left.

Therefore, although we prove to be very strong in the background we are full of fears, we are like sheep need the grace of God to follow the path he has indicated, we must always have him ahead of everything we do.

The sheep is a mammalian animal, with the body covered in wool, which has been used by man since the earliest times to make his clothes.

At the present time it is the textile industry with its technology that uses this wool as a basic material in the elaboration of a great variety of garments.

**They are called lamb to the young of the sheep until certain stage.**
• The suckling lamb which feeds only breast milk, between 20 and 30 days old, has a very delicate meat with little fat content, its weight can range between 5 and eight kilos
• The lamb recental approximately 100 days old and can weigh an average of 14 kilos.
Its meat is very special for the preparation of a wide variety of dishes stewed, roasted, fried, baked according to the taste of the diner
