When we are excited we are inspired and creativity comes to the surface, that is when we have to focus on what we want, taking advantage of that emotion, putting **energy for action**.

When I am in that emotion I have good relationships and it motivates me to want to meet more people, I feel happy and I can see the opportunities that are around me, this allows me to discover new things, be active, not get bored and get out of that comfort zone that often limits me. 
 
When the interest or desire for something awakens a very strong emotion or feeling is because there is passion, and passion for something excites us; it is also inevitable not to express it, to make it noticeable, we do and say things that give away the enthusiasm.

We are capable of doing much more than we think, we have that potential within us, so we must not let our enthusiasm go out and try to keep it burning. 

>Cuando me encuentro en esa emoción tengo buenas relaciones y me motiva a querer conocer a más personas, me siento alegre y puedo ver las oportunidades que están a mí alrededor, esto me permite descubrir cosas nuevas, estar activa, no aburrirme y salir de esa zona de confort que muchas veces me limita.  

>Cuando el interés o deseo por algo despierta una emoción o sentimiento muy fuerte es porque existe pasión, y la pasión por algo nos entusiasma; además es inevitable no expresarla, hacerla notar, hacemos y decimos cosas que delatan el entusiasmo.

>Somos capaces de hacer mucho más de lo que creemos, tenemos ese potencial dentro de nosotros, por eso no debemos dejar que se nos apague el entusiasmo y tratar de mantenerlo encendido.

It has happened to me that sometimes my enthusiasm goes out, and this happens because I get discouraged. Once working on a social project I felt that I was the euphoric one, the one who gave the ideas, lit the spark, "let's do this and that, let's go if we can" those were my words, however, the rest of the team only worked waiting to be given the instructions of what to do, sometimes we had to meet and they were absent or late. I tried to motivate them to integrate more but the truth is that they did it out of obligation, they had to fulfill a work requirement, they did not have that disposition to serve the other unconditionally, and they really did not want to do it. 

I would stay late no matter if they did not pay me overtime, because I wanted everything to be very well, giving joy to those children at Christmas who had lost their homes for me was what made me enthusiastic to work. Sometimes the apathy of some people made me angry, but I thought that I was doing what I liked and was passionate about, that made my enthusiasm grow; some people got infected and followed me, others did not. 

Finally we were able to finish, achieve the objective, fulfill a goal and a requirement of social action for the company, but for me it was more than that, **I enjoyed not only packing the gifts but also sharing with the children**.



>Me ha pasado que a veces mi entusiasmo se apaga, y esto pasa porque me desmotivo. Una vez trabajando en un proyecto social sentía que yo era la eufórica, la que daba las ideas, encendía la chispa, “vamos a hacer esto y aquello, vamos si podemos” esas eran mis palabras, sin embargo, el resto del equipo solo trabajaba esperando que le dieran las instrucciones de lo que se debía hacer, a veces teníamos que reunirnos y faltaban o llegaban tarde. Trate de motivarlos para que se integraran mas pero la verdad es que lo hacían por obligación, tenían que cumplir con un requisito laboral, no tenían esa disposición de servir al otro incondicionalmente, y realmente no lo deseaban hacer. 

>Yo, me quedaba hasta tarde sin importar que no me pagaran horas extras, porque quería que todo quedara muy bien, dar alegría a esos niños en navidad que habían perdido sus casa para mí era lo que me entusiasmaba a trabajar. A veces me daba rabia la apatía de algunos, pero pensaba que estaba haciendo lo que me gustaba y apasionaba, eso hacia crecer mi entusiasmo; algunos se contagiaban y me seguían, otros no. 

>Finalmente logramos terminar, alcanzar el objetivo, cumplir una meta y un requerimiento de acción social para la empresa, pero, para mí fue más que eso, **disfruté no solo empacando los regalos sino también compartiendo con los niños.**

**I live with enthusiasm...**

Living with enthusiasm is not easy, but it is an attitude that can be learned, it is a way of working on those emotions and also a way of looking at life, to face situations without becoming demotivated. If we remain enthusiastic, the energy of joy fills us, we can infect others and be more proactive, productive and existentially creative.

**Enjoying what excites me is healthy.**

Sometimes we say enthusiasm to just the euphoria of doing things, which can even turn into stress. But if that energy gives us pleasure, happiness and joy, our soul is happy and our cells are content, which gives us health to continue doing what we like. 


>**Vivo con entusiasmo…**

>Eso de vivir con entusiasmo no está fácil, pero es una actitud que se aprende, es trabajar esas emociones y una forma también de ver la vida, a afrontar situaciones sin desmotivarnos. Si nos mantenemos entusiasmados la energía de la alegría nos llena, podemos contagiar a otros y ser más proactivos, productivos y creativos existencialmente.

>A veces decimos entusiasmo a solo la euforia de hacer las cosas, que hasta puede convertirse en estrés. Pero si esa energía nos da placer, felicidad y alegría, nuestra alma está feliz y nuestras células están contentas, lo que nos proporciona salud para seguir haciendo lo que nos gusta.
