Digamos que siempre fui la gordita del grupo de mis amigos, y eso pues de algún modo me hacía sentir un poco incómoda. Un buen día, me propuse dejar de lamentarme y comenzar a trabajar en el cuerpo que yo deseaba, pero más allá del aspecto físico hacerlo porque eso le hace bien a mi cuerpo, para sentirme bien conmigo misma, para estar más saludable y no para complacer estereotipos de bellezas de terceros.</div> <br> <div class="pull-right">https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/marijo-rm/23yTh3mEm2wTauHQJHq7HHuAKzHphMn118qzW8R1dFfgKGqULUgdw776YGACKHqi8sKpf.jpeg</div><div class="text-justify">Hace un tiempo, tomarme fotos en traje de baño era algo completamente impensado para mí. Me causaba muchísima vergüenza, no me sentía lo suficientemente "apta" para publicar una foto en bikini. El simple hecho de pensar en ir a la playa y la piscina y tener que usar traje de baño y mostrar mi cuerpo me generaba un poco de ansiedad, porque no estaba segura ni conforme con mi silueta. Siempre buscaba mil defectos a las fotos y no las publicaba porque se veía algún rollito o algún defecto según mi perspectiva, esto aunque suene tonto es una enfermedad, es algo que te va consumiendo poco a poco, en silencio, porque a pesar de que te avergüenza, no lo compartes con nadie.</div> <br>  <div class="text-justify">Supongo que con el tiempo fui madurando y aceptando más mi cuerpo. Por eso es que cuando comento en post anteriores eso de que si algo no te gusta primero cámbialo en ti, es muy cierto, y lo digo por experiencia propia. En el momento en el que yo fui cambiando la perspectiva sobre mi misma, comencé a proyectarlo, y otras personas comenzaron a notarlo, porque cuando uno es seguro de si mismo, y feliz eso se refleja, brota por todos los poros de tu piel.</div> <br> <div class="text-justify">No les voy a mentir, no fue algo fácil de lograr. Y no es que ahora no tenga ningún tipo de inseguridad, pero sin duda alguna he aprendido apagar esa vocecita dentro de mi que no se cree capaz de lograr lo que sea que se proponga, y que solo se encarga de criticar y criticar sin hacer nada al respecto. Porque al final del día, si quieres cambiar el mundo entero, tienes que comenzar por cambiar tu mundo interior primero.</div>  <center></center> <center></center>
