Delicious Callaloo Nutritious Vegetable

Hello, good night dear friends. I am really interested in improving my health, that is why I try to lead a healthy life and I think that the first step to do so would be to have a good diet although sometimes because of the economic situation in Venezuela you eat what you can. But for the glory of God he always provides us. observing some Rastafarian food parameters, they focus on preserving health through food, not refined or processed foods, emphasizing the greater consumption of fruits and vegetables, which I think is excellent are economical foods and provide us with more energy for this Reason today I want to introduce you to a delicious Vegetable whose consumption is very common in the Island of Jamaica and has become the companion of salads soups among others and this is Callaloo this plant vegetable is native to Trinidad and Tobago Dominica and Jamaica ..

The flavor of this vegetable is similar to the spinach leaf but it has a much stronger flavor. Another name with which it knows this vegetable is Amaranth.
