Meine Sportwoche 32 - 2022 / My sports week 32 - 2022 (GER/ENG)

<h6><center>Aktivitäten der vergangenen Woche</center></h6>

Einen wunderschönen guten Morgen wünsche ich dir. Nach 4 Wochen Pause, gibt es heute wieder eine kleine sportliche Zusammenfassung von mir. Deshalb starten wir auch gleich mit den Aktivitäten der letzten Woche.

Pilates/Qi-Gong (oft eine Mischung aus beidem je Einheit) stand täglich auf dem Programm. Zudem war ich 1x joggen, 1x wandern und machte 2x Krafttraining, davon 1x am 12.08. wie gewohnt mit Gewichten und 1x am 09.08. (getrackt als Pilates), da ich dort einige z.T. schwere BWE-Übungen mit eingebaut habe.

Wie du sehen kannst, ging meine Trainingsbelastung Ende Juli etwas bergab und einige Tage konnte Garmin auch keinen "Status" ermitteln, da ich keine/nicht genug Laufeinheiten absolvierte. Das lag vor allem daran, dass ich ab dem 23.07. eine kurze Corona-Pause einlegen musste. Am 22.07. fing es schon ganz leicht an und vom 23.-25.07. lag ich mit Fieber flach. Vom 26.-27.07 war ich noch etwas "niedergeschlagen" und ab dem 28.07. - topfit - begann ich wieder zu trainieren. Wobei ich auch während der Coronatage mit Fieber immer täglich 10-15 Minuten Beweglichkeitstraining machte.

Während der 3 Tage Fieber war mein Ruhepuls auch leicht erhöht und wenn ich mich mal zum Kühlschrank bewegte schnellte dieser in Höhen, die ich sonst nur beim Sport erreiche 😅.

Joggen endlich ohne Schmerzen</center></h6> 

Die letzten beiden Laufeinheiten konnte ich komplett ohne Schmerzen und verhärteten Unterschenkel laufen 🙂.

In der letzten Einheit joggte ich mit meiner besseren Hälfte. Wir legten in einem vor allem für meine Freundin (erste Laufrunde überhaupt, also komplett untrainiert) recht zügig los, obwohl ich mehrfach sagte, dass wir langsamer laufen sollten. Nunja, wer nicht hören will muss fühlen. Nach ca. 5-6 Minuten wurden wir langsamer, bis sie gehen musste, da Lunge, Beine - ach - einfach alles hinüber war. Also machten wir aus, dass sie - so gut es geht - weiter läuft und ich mein Tempo mache und nach 15 Minuten umdrehe und sie dann ja wieder auf dem Heimweg einhole.

Auch an der Schrittfrequenz recht gut zu erkennen, dass ich Anfang und Ende der Einheit mit meiner Freundin gemütlicher unterwegs war. 

Zuhause angekommen konnte ich noch lächeln, meiner Freundin stand etwas anderes ins Gesicht geschrieben 😅.

A wonderful good morning I wish you. After 4 weeks break, there is today again a small sporty summary of me. Therefore, we start right away with the activities of the last week.

Pilates/Qi-Gong (often a mixture of both per unit) was daily on the program. In addition, I went jogging 1x, 1x hiking and did 2x strength training, 1x on 12.08. as usual with weights and 1x on 09.08. (tracked as Pilates), because I included some partly heavy BWE exercises there.

As you can see, my training load went downhill a bit at the end of July, and for a few days Garmin couldn't get a "status" either because I wasn't doing any/enough running. This was mainly due to the fact that I had to take a short Corona break starting on 23.07. On 22.07. it started quite easily and from 23.-25.07. I lay flat with fever. From 26-27.07 I was still a bit "down" and from 28.07. - top fit - I started to train again. Even during the coronatage with fever I did 10-15 minutes of mobility training every day.

During the 3 days of fever, my resting pulse was also slightly elevated and if I ever moved to the refrigerator, it shot up to heights that I usually only reach during sports 😅.

Jogging finally without pain</center></h6> 

I was able to run the last two sessions completely without pain and hardened lower leg 🙂 .

In the last unit I jogged with my better half. We started in a particularly for my girlfriend (first running round ever, so completely untrained) quite briskly, although I said several times that we should run slower. Well, who does not want to hear must feel. After about 5-6 minutes we slowed down until she had to leave, because lungs, legs - oh - everything was gone. So we made up that she - as good as it goes - continues to run and I make my pace and after 15 minutes turn around and then yes catch up with her again on the way home.

Also by the cadence quite well to see that I was at the beginning and end of the unit with my girlfriend more leisurely on the road. 

Arrived home I could still smile, my girlfriend was something else written on the face 😅.

Laufen ohne Schmerzen ist für mich illusorisch. Fahre dann eher Rad das passt ganz gut. !PIZZA

Warum ist das für dich illusorisch? 

Mir macht Radfahren eig. auch mehr Spaß, geht aber aktuell halt leider immer noch nicht. Hab das joggen nur deshalb angefangen, bin mittlerweile aber so angefixt und v.a. Trailrunnern macht mir so Spaß, dass ich wohl wenn ich wieder Radfahren kann beides beibehalten werde. Dann aber bestimmt wider mit mehr Fokus auf Rad.

Schwimmen sollte ich eigentlich viel öfters. Nehme ich mir immer wieder vor und im Endeffekt sinds dann 5x im Jahr. 🙁

Ich tracke alles mit meiner Garmin Uhr (Fenix 6X Pro). Die ist immer dabei und hat immer Akku, v.a. zieht es mir beim Handy dann nicht durch App + Navigation etc. den Akku runter. Hier der Link: https://www.garmin.com/de-DE/p/641435/pn/010-02157-01 Gibt es in verschiedenen Versionen und mittlerweile auch schon ein Nachfolger Fenix 7.

Dann habe ich die meisten Infos auch in der Garminsoftware Garmin Connect (als App und im Web). Synchronisiere aber die Daten noch zu komoot bzw. plane die Touren oft über komoot und importiere diese dann in die Uhr. Es gibt auch noch Garmin Base Camp, mit der man Touren planen könnte, habe ich bisher aber nicht ausprobiert. 

Habe auf dem Handy noch AllTrails (Wandern/MTB) und Strava (eher Rennrad, aber auch MTB) installiert. Beides aber noch nicht benutzt. Strava könnte ich auch mit Garmin verbinden.
