Bendecido día gente bella que hace vida en esta comunidad @holos-lotus, por acá vengo a unirme a una nueva iniciativa propuesta por la amiga @rosahidalgo, para ejercer mi opinión sobre los conceptos de "belleza y felicidad " cualidad y emoción que se complementan.
 Realmente la belleza y la felicidad guardan una estrecha relación hablando desde los humanos, si bien es cierto que cuando estás feliz, haces todo lo posible por verte mejor, por mejorar tu aspecto físico, por subir tu autoestima, al igual que cuando te sientes bello irradias felicidad por todos lados que no se puede ocultar ni desimular .

**Belleza** : Dícese de lo que es bello en el orden estetico que es algo muy grato y que produce mucha satisfacción para la mirada humana.
Siempre digo que la belleza va más allá de lo estético o de ser una persona atractiva , es el reflejo de nuestra alma o de lo que llevamos por dentro, cuántas veces hemos visto a una persona, y de pronto su rostro un día lo vemos distinto, porque vemos más allá de lo superficial, ves esa felicidad que trae en su interior que la hace ver bella, diferente quizás porque lleva una nueva ilusión o alegría, la belleza no es solo como te ves físicamente sino como te sientes internamente.
Somos más mucho más que los estereotipos qué a menudo nos venden en la televisión o las redes sociales , que nos atrae, seduce hasta quitarnos nuestra paz mental, porque vivimos comparándonos con los demás sin recordar que la belleza viene en todas las formas y tamaño y que somos más que un cuerpo o un rostro hermoso somos personas con sueños, anhelos y aspiraciones , merecemos respeto, amabilidad y aceptación.

**Felicidad**: Es un conjunto de momentos, emociones y experiencias que nos brindan alegría y bienestar en diferentes etapas de nuestras vidas.
La felicidad es tan maravillosa que solo existe por momentos, de a ratos jamás es permanente , porque si pudiera tenerla para siempre perdería su encanto, en algún momento lo dejaría de apreciar o valorar, sólo hay que disfrutar al máximo el momento que se presenta.
La felicidad es una disposición de la mente que podemos trabajar para crear y  estimular de manera sencilla las hormonas que nos la producen con actividades diarias como cantar, bailar, reír, dormir o estar en el aire libre rodeada de naturaleza.
Pero también hay muchos factores o emociones que influyen en nuestra felicidad o estado anímico como: amistades, amor, perdidas, estrés,  complejos, etc, pero se puede lograr la felicidad a pesar de tanta adversidad.
La búsqueda de la felicidad ha sido una de las grandes motivaciones del hombre a lo largo de la Historia, pero no se han detenido a pensar que la felicidad la tienen ahí en las pequeñas cosas de la vida, en una flor que adorna el jardín, en el agradecimiento de ver un nuevo día o de presencial una hermosa puesta de sol, en el rostro de un niño sonriente, tomar café o vino, perdonar, en el amor propio, cosas sencillas y cotidianas pueden darnos la felicidad, la alegría y la satisfacción que tanto anhelamos.

Happiness is so wonderful that it only exists at times, from time to time it is never permanent, because if I could have it forever it would lose its charm, at some point I would stop appreciating or valuing it, you just have to enjoy the moment that presents itself to the fullest.
Happiness is a disposition of the mind that we can work to create and stimulate in a simple way the hormones that produce it with daily activities such as singing, dancing, laughing, sleeping or being outdoors surrounded by nature.
But there are also many factors or emotions that influence our happiness or state of mind such as: friendships, love, loss, stress, complexes, etc., but happiness can be achieved despite so much adversity.
The search for happiness has been one of the great motivations of man throughout history, but they have not stopped to think that happiness is there in the little things in life, in a flower that adorns the garden, in the gratitude of seeing a new day or in person a beautiful sunset, in the face of a smiling child, drinking coffee or wine, forgiving, in self-love, simple and everyday things can give us happiness, joy and satisfaction that we so long for.
