La forma en que actuamos define como nos perciben los demás, una buena convivencia empieza con respeto y consideración, muchas veces me carcome la tentación de responder con la misma falta de respeto que me han hecho, entonces me detengo, observó, callo y elijo no devolver el daño sino seguir adelante con mi manera de ser, las

¿Qué haces para respetar?
Siento que el respeto, empatia y gratitud son valores que practico a diario, trato a todos con amabilidad y consideración, las groserías e insultos no forman parte de mi vocabulario habitual me parece que eso hace sentir las personas como inferiores. 
En la comunidad donde vivo respeto a todo lo que me rodea, personas, entornos y  a todos los seres vivos, hay muchos gatos por aquí, no me gustan tos gatos en mi casa, creo que nunca tendría uno pero los de mis vecinos los respeto, no les hago daño alguno hasta les pido permiso para entrar a sus hogares, amo las plantas ornamentales, salgo a caminar en las tardes veo muchas plantas qué me gustaría tener en mi jardín pero jamás osaria de tomar una rama sin permiso, solo me detengo a admirarlas, jamás invado los espacios de estacionamiento de mis vecinos ni siquiera solo utilizo lo que me corresponde. 
Mis vecinos bueno los trato con mucha amabilidad, los saludo así no los conozca, no hablo mal de nadie, acato las normas de convivencia respeto el derecho de los demás y su privacidad, no hago nada que les pueda molestar como escándalo a las horas de descanso, tirar basura o agua en sus frentes, soy puntual en las reuniones de condominio, cuido de las áreas en común y si me encuentro algun objeto extraviado, lo regreso a su dueño.

En mi casa también soy muy respetuosa y amable con todos, respeto los espacios, tiempo, gustos, ideas, decisiones y las pertenencias de cada uno, los escucho con atención, hablo con un tono de voz adecuado sin gritos, mi esposo es una persona que duerme poco yo hago el mínimo ruido durante la noche al levantarme para no despertarlo, pongo en silencio mi teléfono. 
No me gusta escuchar música a todo volumen, me parece como que impongo mis gustos a los demás, lleno la jarra de agua aunque siempre la encuentro vacía. En la calle soy igual respeto todo, las personas, los espacios públicos, los turnos, evito botar basura en la calle, cuando no tengo donde tirarla la guardo en mi bolso, respeto los semáforos  y utilizo el rayado peatonal, no invado la vía pública, cuando alguien viene si estoy en el medio me hago un lado, no piso las áreas verdes o de jardín, los utilizo las normas de cortesía muchas durante todo el día., jamás dejo de dar las gracias.

Creo que el respeto es un valor y un derecho que deberíamos de tener todos los humanos como nuestra carta de presentación, reconocer y aceptar nuestra valía y la de de nuestros semejantes.
