Hello friends of GEEK ZONE, continuing with the process of training and maintenance of computer equipment, I will perform a cleaning to the main computer in my home this computer is the most modern we currently have. To begin, we are going to completely disassemble the computer to clean the dirt that you can see in the pictures, for this process I am using a brush, screwdrivers. I must confess that I am not so skilled in the process in which I must remove the screws from the drawer of the computer, but with patience we will remove the screws on each side that holds our motherboard that in total are 4 screws and 2 screws for the video card. 

>Hola amigos de GEEK ZONE, continuando con el proceso de formación y mantenimiento de equipos de computación, voy realizar una limpieza al equipo principal de mi hogar esta computadora es la mas moderna que tenemos actualmente. Para empezar, vamos a desarmar completamente el equipo para realizar su limpieza del sucio que pueden observar en las imágenes, para este proceso estoy utilizando una brocha, destornilladores. Debo confesar que no soy tan diestra en el proceso en el que debo retirar los tornillos del cajón del computador, pero con paciencia vamos quitando los tornillos de cada lado que sujeta nuestra placa madre que en total son 4 tornillos y 2 tornillos para la tarjeta de video.

It is the equipment of my home as you can see we work in the computer area, look at the state in which it is same, house of blacksmith knife of stick this means we can work in this area both my husband and now that I am starting and the conditions of this equipment is very neglected, the images are observed the amount of dust accumulated in the fan blade of the processor and video card, clean it is a with a brush I did it carefully but it was still like a kind of moisture stuck in my room is the team and the air conditioner hits the front is why it generates this amount of dirt to finish removing use a small damp cloth with alcohol was with that I finish removing. 

>Como dice mi profesor para empezar a realizar estas actividades debes realizarlo con equipos personales, para después trabajar con los clientes, como primer consejo debemos antes de aceptar un equipo para realizar cualquier tipo de trabajo, lo recomendable es encenderlo al momento de recibir el equipo, luego chequear sus partes internas. Muchas veces viene de otro lugar que realizaron servicio técnico suelen quitar las piezas o no enciende, es necesario esto para estar consciente ambas partes en que condiciones se encuentra el equipo que debemos trabajarlo.

>Es el equipo de mi hogar como pueden ver trabajamos en el área de computación, miren el estado en que se encuentra mismo, casa de herrero cuchillo de palo esto quiere decir podemos trabajar en esta área tanto mi esposo y ahora que me estoy iniciando y las condiciones de este equipo esta muy descuidado, las imágenes se observan la cantidad de polvo acumulado en el aspa del fan del procesador y tarjeta de video, limpiarlo es un con una brocha lo hice con cuidado pero seguía como una especie de humedad pegada en mi cuarto se encuentra el equipo y el aire acondicionado pega de frente es por eso que genera esta cantidad de suciedad para terminar de eliminar utilice un pequeño pañito húmedo con alcohol fue con eso que termino de eliminar.

After finishing cleaning the computer motherboard and video card, we decided to change the computer drawer but we had several problems, it is for this reason that we must test the equipment before to know their conditions if it was working perfect. In my case the computer did not want to turn on what a problem my husband said sure you damaged it you were not careful at that moment was the problem, I took a deep breath and said calm down everything has a solution, then we both got down to work. To investigate the possible errors. 

>Luego de terminar de limpiar el equipo tarjeta madre y tarjeta de video, decidimos cambiar el cajón del computador pero se nos presentaron varios problema, es por esta razón que debemos probar el equipo antes para saber sus condiciones si estaba trabajando perfecto. En mi caso el equipo no quería encender que problemón mi esposo dijo seguro lo dañaste no tuviste cuidado en ese instante fue problema, respire profundo dije cálmate todo tiene solución, entonces ambos pusimos mano a la obra. Para indagar en los posibles errores.

The main one is that the POWER button did not turn on, it had a problem, it was bad, it was changed and started to turn the fan but now it did not give video, with an eraser I went through the RAM memory and video card until it turned on, we took a deep breath but now we had a more serious problem is that the monitor image gave 2 red lines then this was more worrying, at that moment we did not have to try another video card, this team the processor does not bring integrated video card. The problem was in the video card, we cleaned the contacts several times and took it out of the PCI port where it is connected. After taking it out and putting it in, the graphics card emitted an excellent image and we performed the stress tests to verify its perfect operation. 

>El principal es que no encendía el botón de POWER tenía un problema estaba malo se cambió y empezó a girar el fan pero ahora no daba video, con una goma de borrar paso por la memoria RAM y tarjeta de video hasta que encendió, ya respiramos profundo pero ahora teníamos un problema mas grabe es que la imagen del monitor daba 2 líneas rojas entonces esto fue mas preocupante, en ese instante no teníamos para probar con otra tarjeta de video, este equipo el procesador no trae tarjeta de video integrada. El problema radicaba en la tarjeta de video se limpio bien los contactos varias veces se saco del puerto PCI donde va conectada, de sacar y meter de este puerto llego un momento que la gráfica emitió una excelente imagen se realizo las pruebas de estrés para verificar su perfecto funcionamiento.

As conclusion the problem was the PCI that had something dirty and was not making good contact, with the entrance and exit of the video card we eliminated that dirt by humidity of the air conditioning, to solve it was a chance is for that reason that we must check before the equipment to know in that conditions was, not to be alarmed to work with calm before these situations one more learning that to anyone can happen to us.          

>Como conclusión el problema era el PCI que tenia algo de sucio y no estaba haciendo buen contacto, con la entrada y salida de la tarjeta de video eliminamos ese suciedad por humedad del aire acondicionado, resolverlo fue una casualidad es por eso que debemos chequear antes los equipo para saber en que condiciones estaba, no alarmarnos para trabajar con calma ante estas situaciones un aprendizaje más que a cualquiera nos puede pasar.
