Feliz día mis amigos de hive, espero que estén bien, hoy vengo con una receta genial, una manera diferente de comer arepas, los venezolanos podemos comer arepas en el desayuno, almuerzo o cena, cualquier relleno le queda perfecto y la verdad son deliciosas,  este día he preparado unas ricas arepas de Zanahoria y calabacín, el sabor de estas arepitas es de gloria, y mucho más saludables. Les cuento como prepararlas.</div>

-  Medio calabacín.
>Half zucchini.

- Media Zanahoria. 
> Half Carrot.

- Cilantro.
>Cilantro.

- 1/2   taza de avena en hojuelas.
>1/2 cup of oatmeal in flakes.


- 1 taza de harina de maíz.
>1 cup of cornmeal.

- 1/2 taza de agua.
>1/2 cup of water.

- Sal al gusto.
>Salt to taste.


Preparación//Preparation:

Para la arepa de Zanahoria//For the carrot arepa.

1- Retiramos la cancha de la Zanahoria,  y Cortamos en trozos pequeños.
>Remove the carrot court, and cut into small pieces.

2- Llevamos la Zanahoria  a la licuadora, batimos con un poquito de agua, y agregamos la mezcla a un bol.

3- A la mezcla anterior, le agregamos el Cilantro, la harina de maíz,  la avena y la sal, mezclamos muy bien hasta obtener una masa suave, si hace falta le agregamos más harina. Reservamos.

- Para las arepas de calabacín//For the zucchini arepas. 

4- En un bol, Rallamos el calabacín, y le agregamos la harina de maíz, la avena, la sal, y si es necesario un poco de agua, el calabacín tiene mucho liquido así que la cantidad de agua que agregamos para preparar a mezcla es mínima.
>In a bowl, we grate the zucchini, and add the cornmeal, oatmeal, salt, and if necessary a little water, the zucchini has a lot of liquid so the amount of water that we add to prepare the mixture is minimal.

5- Mezclamos muy bien todos los ingredientes, y formamos la masa, una vez que tengamos las dos masas, de calabacín y de zanahoria, formamos nuestras deliciosas arepas.

6- En un sarten, precalentado, o una plancha, colocamos las arepas a cocinarse muy bien por ambos lados, cuando estén doraditas retiramos del fuego, y servimos, las rellenamos con lo que queramos, yo lo hoce con queso y jamón ahumado, la mezcla de sabores de estas arepas es increíble.
>In a preheated frying pan or a griddle, place the arepas to cook very well on both sides, when they are golden brown, remove from the heat, and serve, fill them with whatever we want, I cook it with cheese and smoked ham, the mixture of flavors of these arepas is amazing.
