Saludos mis amigos,  espero que se encuentren bien, hoy vamos a preparar un delicioso pastel de vegetales,  este rico plato lo podemos disfrutar como desayuno, almuerzo,  incluso cena, en casa lo disfrutamos ayer, como una rica y saludable cena, con pocos ingredientes y muy sencillo de hacer, este pastel, cargado de sabor y muchas vitaminas, se ganara el corazón de todos en casa, incluso de los más pequeños, se los aseguro, llevo algunos días tratando de comer un poco más  saludable, sobre todo en las noches, y este pastel es sin duda una maravillosa opción,  les muestro como lo prepare.</div>

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

- 4 Huevos.
>4 Eggs.

- 1 Calabacín.
>1 Zucchini

- 1 Zanahoria.
>1 Carrot.

- Espinacas.
>Spinach.

- Queso mozarela.
>Mozzarella cheese.

- Sal y pimienta al gusto.
>Salt and pepper to taste.

- Pimentón y ajo en polvo.
>Paprika and garlic powder.

- 1/2 Cucharadita  de polvo para hornear.
>1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Preparación/Preparation:

1- Rallamos el calabacín y la Zanahoria, reservamos.

2- En un bol agregamos los huevos, la sal, y el pimentón en polvo, batimos bien.

3- Luego agregamos la leche, el calabacín, zanahoria, espinacas, y polvo de hornear, mezclamos bien.

4- Agregar la mezcla en un molde para horno,  y añadimos queso mozarela rallado por encima, lo metemos al horno precalentado, por 30 minutos aproximadamente.

5- Pasado el tiempo sacamos del horno, dejamos reposar por unos minutos, picamos y servimos esta delicia de pastel.
