*Desde que empezamos a tener uso de razón, comienzan los secretos en nuestras vidas, secretos nuestros, o secretos de otras personas, ¿Quién no ha tenido un secreto personal o ha guardado un secreto de terceras personas?, pienso que los secretos son muy comunes, desde niños aprendemos a tener secretos, a escucharlos y a llevarlos con nosotros.*

*Pienso que los secretos forman parte de la vida, no creo que exista una persona que no tenga secretos, normalmente los secretos empiezan a aparecer en nuestras vidas cuando hacemos algo que creemos está mal, o nos da vergüenza que lo sepan, o es una situación muy íntima y definitivamente no queremos que nadie lo sepa, desde mi punto de vista es una manera de proteger nuestra intimidad.*

*No creo que los secretos sean malos en su totalidad, la cuestión está en ¿Qué tipo de secretos escondemos? O ¿Qué tipo de secretos nos han confesado?, he leído acerca de personas que guardan secretos que ellos mismos consideran nocivos para su salud mental, y hay otras personas que cuentan que haber mantenido en secreto algunos aspectos de su vida privada les ha salvado la vida, pienso que en el momento en el que un secreto que guardes, bien sea personal o de otras personas, empieza a molestar en tu mente, debemos buscar ayuda, debemos  hablar al respecto, lo mejor sería con un profesional, o si tenemos a alguien en quien confiamos podríamos tocar el tema con esa persona.*

*Soy de las personas que cuenta con los dedos de la mano a sus verdaderos amigos, es más, creo que los que tengo son mucho menos que los dedos de mis manos, son amigos, hermanos o hermanas que la vida te regala, con ellos he compartido mis secretos, y ellos han compartido conmigo los suyos, y definitivamente cuando hablas o dejas salir ese secreto que te inquieta o atormenta, experimentas una sensación de libertad, es muy sanador hablar de cosas que has tenido guardadas***siempre estará bien desahogarse, y siempre estará bien tener secretos***.*


*El mundo está lleno de secretos, solo debemos buscar el equilibrio de todo, no tenemos por qué ser un libro abierto y tampoco tenemos porque cargar con tantos secretos y más si tenemos a personas en quienes realmente podemos confiar, aprendamos a vivir con lo que podamos llevar.*

Really nice post! I have a bunch of things that I keep to myself, not because I don't want to share them, but because I literally don't have anyone to share them with, hahaha. I've learned to live with that and I've extracted great strength from it, but it hasn't been a bed of roses. Secrets can be a terrible burden, even as they can be a biggest source of power.
