Saludos querida comunidad, bienvenidos nuevamente a mi blog, espero que estén muy bien, hoy les quiero compartir una receta deliciosa, se trata de un exquisito pan de queso,  super especial, no se imaginan la masa de este pan, lo suave y esponjosa que queda, todos en casa quedamos satisfechos,  y pidiendo  más pan, así que de ahora en adelante los panes de queso se harán en casa jajaj, les comparto como lo hice.</div>

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

- 450 gr de harina todo uso.
>450 gr of all-purpose flour.

- 8 gr de levadura.
>8 grams of yeast.

- 180 o de leche tibia.
>180 or warm milk.


- 30 gr de azúcar.
>30 gr of sugar.

- 350 gr de queso blanco duro.
>350 gr of hard white cheese.

- 45 gr de mantequilla pomada.
>45 gr of ointment butter.

- 10 gr de sal.
>10 grams of salt

Preparación/Preparation:

1- Agregar la levadura y el azúcar a la leche tibia, mezclar y reservar por 5 minutos. 
>Add the yeast and sugar to the warm milk, mix and reserve for 5 minutes.

2- Pasados los 5 min, en la batidora,  agregar la harina, la sal, por los bordes, el huevo y la levadura, empezar a mezclar hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien integrados.
>After 5 min, in the mixer, add the flour, the salt, the edges, the egg and the yeast, start mixing until all the ingredients are well integrated.

3- Luego agregamos la mantequilla y seguimos mezclando, hasta obtener la masa.
>Then we add the butter and continue mixing, until we obtain the dough.

4- Cuando tengamos la masa, la llevamos a el mesón, amasamos un poco con las manos, y formamos un bollo, lo colamos en la batidora nuevamente y tapamos con papel film, lo dejamos leudar por una hora aproximadamente.
>When we have the dough, we take it to the counter, knead a little with our hands, and form a bun, strain it into the blender again and cover with plastic wrap, let it rise for approximately an hour.

5- Pasado el tiempo, llevamos la masa al mesón, la desgasificamos, y extendemos la masa de forma cuadrada con un rodillo, luego le agregamos el queso duro rallado, y enrollamos.
>After the time has elapsed, we take the dough to the counter, degas it, and spread the dough in a square shape with a rolling pin, then add the grated hard cheese, and roll up.

6- Nos ayudamos con un cuchillo y hacemos una raja en el centro del pan, dejamos leudar por 40 min, luego le agregamos unos cuadritos de queso en el centro, y llevamos al horno por  40  min aproximadamente o hasta que lo vean doradito.
>We help each other with a knife and make a slit in the center of the bread, let it rise for 40 minutes, then add a few squares of cheese in the center, and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until it is golden brown.

7- Por ultimo retiramos del horno, y disfrutamos de esta delicia de pan, no se ustedes, pero a mi me gusta calientico recién salido del horno, y les cuento que los disfruté con una buena taza de chocolate caliente jaja, mejor imposible.
> Finally we removed from the oven, and we enjoyed this delicious bread, I don't know about you, but I like it hot fresh out of the oven, and I tell you that I enjoyed it with a good cup of hot chocolate haha, better impossible.
