Feliz día mis queridos amigos, como están hoy?, espero que muy bien, quiero compartir con todos una receta  deliciosa,  ideal para las meriendas de los peques y de los grandes también jaja, les hablo de tres tipos galletas diferentes que hice con una sola masa, así es, una masa especial y muy fácil de hacer,  con la que podrán hacer varios tipos de galletas, como más te gusten, con pocos ingredientes, y lo mejor les encantara a todos en casa.  Les comparto la receta.</div>

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

- 1 y 1/2 taza de harina de avena.
>1 and 1/2 cup oat flour.

- 1 huevo.
>1 egg.

- 4 cucharadas de azúcar, pueden también hacerlas con edulcorante,  para que sean más saludables.
>4 tablespoons of sugar, you can also make them with sweetener, to make them healthier.

- Una cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
>A teaspoon of baking powder.


- 1/4 de taza de aceite, puede ser, oliva, o el que tengan en casa, yo use de girasol.
>1/4 cup of oil, it can be olive, or the one you have at home, I used sunflower.

- Vainilla al gusto.
>Vanilla to taste.

Preparación/Preparation:

1- En un bol, agregamos la harina de avena, el azúcar, y polvo de hornear, mezcla bien.

2- Luego agregamos el aceite, el huevo y la vainilla, mezclamos todo muy bien hasta que se forme una masa, el aceite , nos ayuda a que la masa no quede pegajosa.

3- Una vez lista la masa, formamos nuestras galletas, para las primeras galletas hacemos unas olitas, y las aplastamos en una bandeja, con papel para horno, le añadimos gotas de chocolate, para las segundas galletas, solo formamos las bolitas y las aplastamos, y para las terceras le damos forma como ovaladas, y las llevamos al horno por 10 a 12 min aproximadamente, o hasta que estén doraditas.
>Once the dough is ready, we form our cookies, for the first cookies we make little waves, and flatten them on a tray, with parchment paper, we add drops of chocolate, for the second cookies, we only form the little balls and flatten them, and for the third ones we shape them into ovals, and we take them to the oven for approximately 10 to 12 min, or until they are golden brown.

4- Una vez cosidas nuestras galletas, retiramos del horno, dejamos enfriar, y decoramos las galletas a nuestros gusto, a las segundas galletas le agregue arequipe y coco rallado por encima, y las terceras las bañe con chocolate derretido, las dejamos reposar, y listo, disfrutamos de estas deliciosas galletas.
>Once our cookies are sewn, we remove them from the oven, let them cool, and decorate the cookies to our liking, to the second cookies add arequipe and grated coconut on top, and the third ones bathe them with melted chocolate, let them rest, and that's it, we enjoyed these delicious cookies.
