## Particles
First of all this is literally true. Your body and brain are built up out of the same building blocks as the rest of the universe. However you believe life was created on earth, the building blocks are found across the universe, the molecules and atoms that are part of your body were once before part of someone else, a human or animal. When you eat food certain particles become part of your body and you will carry them with you for years, some others simply pass through. Yet you are not just part of the universe, you are actually the universe itself.

## Meaning
Once you understand this it might be easier for you to accept the idea that life is all around us, and that the people we meet every day, the streets we walk on, the sandwiches we eat and the television we watch is all part of one big clutter of matter distributed in different ways at different times through existence. Since this is so easy to understand and yet so hard to fully comprehend, it might be a good idea to take things in life less serious. After all, if you just had a few percent more water in your body you would have been a cucumber ;)
