Hello dear Steemians :) 
Today's post is going to be a review of the book called *"HOW TO TALK TO ANYONE, 92 Little Tricks for Big Success in Relationships"* written by *Leil Lowndes*. Considering that I can't really write all of the 92 tricks I've decided to pick four of them.

**I** Starting off with number one: **Have a genuine smile while looking at other people**.

The point is that you shouldn't smile immediately when you look at them. Wait for a quarter or half of a second and then smile. Time you've waited just makes your smile more genuine and valuable.

**II** Tip number two is to: **Make yourself comfortable and don't look away too often**.

In the book it says that you should pretend as your eyes are glued to the person you are talking to.
But I would say, be confident in your eye contact but don't over do it. Staring makes people uncomfortable, think about how would you react if somebody is talking to you and looks at you directly in the eye all the time. You would probably freak out, at least I would. So I would say, to come off as confident break the eye contact only when the person who you are talking to does it. This way you feel sure of yourself but you don't look like a maniac.

**III** The third tip is: **Try not to fidget**.

Research has shown that people who touch their face, their glasses, mess with their hair or try to fix it, are less influential and don't leave that good impression as people who stand or sit still while they are talking. Not fidgeting makes it easier for people to talk to you and another benefit of it is that you can focus more on what is coming out of your mouth.

**IV** The last tip: **Never gossip**.

Nothing good comes out of gossiping and talking trash about other people. There is no sense about talking about other people in a bad manner. Guess what, people to whom you are talking may nod their head and say something like:"Yes, you are absolutely right.". But what they are actually thinking is: "I have nothing to do with you. I am pretty sure that you talk trash behind my back when I'm not around."
