Let's learn to live with wild animals
This is the wild animal I have the most problems with. It is very persistent and resistant
And it has no natural enemies
It is a beetle but I don't like it, it is a pest

![20250528_173628.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/markone85/23ynQgSwG7nMkT9Eetv9di7NbKcxJ5cqo8d6WPeTXYs7WjRw8LZD3JLp8Y6QuDRTubMHf.jpg)

In addition to ,,my love,, for the potato beetle, I have had several encounters with wild animals and I still have them. I didn't manage to take pictures Although the yards are fenced, the gardens are mostly not, so everything strays into the garden.

During the sowing time when there is a lot of grain in the field, pigeons and crows regularly visit
But we can easily get rid of them, we put a scarecrow or a water balloon on a stick when the wind blows to move it and make noise, enough to scare the birds.

In the evenings, there are regular encounters with the weasel
That little cunning trickster
The chickens are in another yard next to the garden and he waits until evening to attack
So that there is a frequent chase with him It was easier when we had a dog. Then the dog chased him out of our yard
This is how we have to take care and regularly move the chickens to a safe place, otherwise they will be killed by the weasel
Encounters with snakes are also regular
Fortunately, there are no poisonous snakes in our area. The last one was recorded in 1970.
But even that usually passes without any major problems. Snakes should not be touched and let them go their own way. They usually attack and bite when they feel scared and out of fear.

We live near the forest and the Danube but we haven't had any major unpleasant encounters with wild animals.
Maybe one of the reasons is because there are fewer and fewer of them. We have to learn to live with them.
And to follow up on the second question, we have a garden, an orchard and a lawn.
We don't rush to mow the lawn precisely because it attracts bees and other valuable insects that are important to our ecosystem.
The lawn doesn't have to be under a thread.
We let flowers appear so that the bees have something to feed on. And in our case, it's chamomile's turn.

Que broma con esos animalitos que nos comen nuestras plantas, gracias a Dios no has tenido problemas con los mΓ‘s salvajes. Y las abejas siempre son buenas que se alimenten para luego producir miel.

I would guess that a simple soapy water in a spray bottle would be a very big enemy to such a pest. The soap fills their breathing holes and suffocates them without harming the plants.

@shine6712 ·
I am with you in hating those pests in the garden. Beetles, bugs, worms - they are all eating my Lady's fingers, and I think my natural spray solution is not enough to drive them away. These pests ruin my goal to promote and maintain organic gardening. Recently, I was compelled to resort to spraying insecticides because of these bugs and worms eating our lady's fingers. And I must say they are wild and uncontrollable sometimes.

On the other hand, let's move on to the brighter side, I love those chamomiles! They're dainty and stunning amidst green vegetation, what a relaxing view! πŸ˜ŠπŸƒ

And our last option is to spray with insecticides
We don't like it and we don't want to poison nature, but sometimes we have no choice.Yes, it's relaxing and then tea picking :)
