Hoy realicé un  recorrido matutino por mi jardín y además de tomar mi baño de sol pude mirar cada transformación en mi espacio vital. Aproveché para tomar algunas fotografías y pude inmortalizar el día de hoy, la visita de un Colibrí en mi jardín. En muchas ocasiones he tomado fotografías; sin embargo, jamás había podido inmortalizar su presencia en mi jardín. El día de hoy tuve la fortuna de inmortalizar la magia en mi jardín.

Ser optimista significa para mí una opción de vida basada en la paz, el amor y  la alegría de estar viva.  Es ver la vida como un proceso dinámico de aprendizaje y tomando en cuenta esta premisa, cada día de  mi vida es un genuino aprendizaje. Para mí, no hay días buenos ni días malos. Hay días de gozo y días de grandes lecciones. Procedo a explicarme. Los días de gozo, disfrute y bienestar  nos llenan de regocijo y aumentan nuestra vibración. Cuando nuestra vibración aumenta también aumenta nuestra capacidad inmune y nuestra conexión con el Universo.  Cuando vibramos, sentimos y vivimos. Los días complejos y adversos son días de grandes lecciones. Son días de gran aprendizaje  y ese aprendizaje enriquece nuestra vida.

Sí. Claro que tengo una estrategia para mantener mi optimismo. Es la oportunidad de tener fe y esperanza. Primero  creo en mí y cada día me transformo para ser mi mejor versión. Si quiero que haya transformaciones  en mi entorno, debo transformarme yo primero. Si yo transformo  mi Hacer con seguridad se transforma mi entorno. Cuando hablo de ser nuestra mejor versión es desde nuestra trilogía perfecta. Ser nuestra mejor versión como ser espiritual y como ser social. Para mí el optimismo está relacionado con principios y valores que elevan nuestra vibración. Para mí, el optimismo está relacionado con valores que nos definen como  personas  alegres, amables, respetuosas, tolerantes, nobles y solidarias. 
</div>

Yo, al igual que tú, creo que el optimismo es una decisión que cambia por completo nuestro manera de ver la vida. Me encanta que estés de acuerdo conmigo que ser optimista es una decisión. Ser optimista no significa que no tengamos que enfrentar situaciones complejas  e incluso de muchísima tensión. De hecho, ser optimista nos proporciona herramientas para manejar ese tipo de conflictos o situaciones complejas. 

Mi jardín es mi Spa energizante. Cada día al mirar los  Colibríes que llegan, me lleno de esa Magia  que energiza mi Ser.
