Es una novela dedicada al verdadero amor, a ese amor que perdura y supera las adversidades de toda una vida, es un homenaje al amor, las aventuras, el tiempo, la vejez y la muerte. Este libro lo tengo en PDF lo compre el la plaza de los libros usados pero no tenia final y una amiga muy querida me lo envió al correo! </div>***

No es fácil o sencillo analizar un amor que se basa en un juramento de amor y fidelidad lo suficientemente fuerte como para conservarse intacto durante toda una vida. así lo hace Florentino Ariza, pero para Fermina Daza, el amor nació de la simple curiosidad. Florentino no era el tipo de hombre que hubiera escogido, no era de sociedad, no tenia posición económica ni ninguna clase de estatus económico que le brindara a ella para su futuro y seguridad a pesar de ello, suscitó en ella una curiosidad difícil de resistir; ella nunca imaginó que fuera otra de las tantas celadas del amor. Así terminó pensando en Florentino como nunca se hubiera imaginado que se podía pensar en alguien, presintiéndolo donde no estaba, deseándolo donde no podía estar, despertando de pronto con la sensación física de que él la contemplaba en la oscuridad mientras ella dormía.
