Buenas tardes amigos de la comunidad #topfamily , hoy es jueves de TBT.

Este día traigo una imagen que no es la mejor toma pero si, para mí, la más necesaria pues tiene un significado especial.

> Tuve el honor de que esa grande de la improvisación en Cuba, Tomasita Quiala Rojas accediera a posar junto a mi y hoy  la pueda atesorar en mis archivos.

Creo, es un momento significativo, compartirla con ustedes porque esa cubana hasta el tuétano acaba de pasar a otra dimensión en el espacio sideral.

> Su presencia física abandona la tierra pero la impronta de su arte la vuelve estrella.

Los que la queremos y admiramos le decimos solo hasta pronto y sus ocurrencias y buenos momentos que nos regaló, son inolvidables.

Esas imágenes fueron tomadas durante el I Congreso Iberoamericano de la Décima, en diferentes locaciones, la primera en los pasillos del Museo de Arte Cubano y la segunda en El Patio del Centro Iberoamericano de la Décima y el Verso Improvisado (CIDVI).
Esa segunda imagen corresponde a mi lectura de versos en una peña especial, Una Tarde con Tomasita.

> Invitada por la anfitriona me completó la tarde al coincidir en tiempo y espacio con dos excelentes poetas contemporáneos de la décima escrita en la Isla, los conocidos Argel Fernández Granados y Odalys Leyva Rosabal.

Tomasita no fue solo una excelente poeta que paseaba de manera señoril la décima y la improvisación en todas sus variantes de una manera tan exacta que parecía algo fácil,si no que supo hacer de la oscuridad de sus ojos  una paradoja pues fue toda alegría,carisma y luz.

> Mi eterna gratitud a esa poeta insustituible, cultivadora de la estrofa nacional y del punto cubano patrimonio inmaterial de la humanidad.

Los dejo con un descansa en paz, Tomasita.

Today, I bring you an image that isn't the best shot, but for me, it's the most necessary because it holds a special meaning.

> I had the honor that that great Cuban improvisation artist, Tomasita Quiala Rojas, agreed to pose with me, and today I can treasure it in my archives.

I believe it's a significant moment to share it with you because this Cuban woman to the core has just passed to another dimension in outer space.

> Her physical presence leaves the earth, but the imprint of her art turns her into a star.

Those of us who love and admire her say only see you soon, and her wit and good times are unforgettable.

These images were taken during the First Ibero-American Décima Congress, in different locations: the first in the halls of the Cuban Art Museum and the second in the courtyard of the Ibero-American Center for Décima and Improvised Verse (CIDVI).
This second image is from my poetry reading at a special gathering, An Afternoon with Tomasita.

> At the invitation of the hostess, I rounded off my afternoon by coinciding in time and space with two excellent contemporary poets of the décima written on the island, the well-known Argel Fernández Granados and Odalys Leyva Rosabal.

Tomasita was not only an excellent poet who masterfully displayed the décima and improvisation in all its forms in such a precise manner that it seemed effortless, but she also knew how to turn the darkness of her eyes into a paradox, for she was all joy, charisma, and light.

> My eternal gratitude to this irreplaceable poet, cultivator of the national verse and the Cuban point, an intangible heritage of humanity.

I leave you with a rest in peace, Tomasita.
