My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2020
**Hello actifiters!**

...



I am posting about my daily routine towards a better, more **active** and **productive** life.

Today, my routine went as follows.

#### In the Morning:

I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:

1. Waking up early
2. Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep
3. Exercising for 10 minutes
4. Having a great breakfast

Then I reviewed my **plan** for the day and **went for it!**

Started my work shift at 12:00.

### In the afternoon:

Finished my 1st work shift at 15:00.
Had lunch.


Started my 2nd work shift at 19:00.

### At night:

I finished work at 23:00.
Had dinner.
Went home.
Prepared my plan for the next day.
Did my calm and meditation Ritual.
