Hola mi gente hermosa y emprendedora de Hive, nuevamente estoy por acá y en esta ocasión quiero compartirle una receta muy rica que les encanta a todos en casa en especial a los pequeños, se trata de unas  milanesas de pollo, ricas, crujientes, doratidas y jugosas. Fácil y rápido de hacer y a la vez consentimos a todos en casa.

Hello my beautiful and enterprising people of Hive, I'm here again and this time I want to share a very rich recipe that everyone at home loves, especially the little ones, it is some chicken milanesas, rich, crunchy, golden and juicy. Easy and quick to do and at the same time we pamper everyone at home.

Tenemos aquí los ingredientes:
1) Pechuga de pollo ya rebanadas.
2) Harina de trigo
3) Huevos
4) Pan rallado.

Procedemos a sazonar las rebanadas de pollo con sal, una vez ya sazonadas la pasamos por la harina de trigo, luego la sumergimos en los huevos y por últimos la pasamos por el pan rallado.

Se echa en un sartén aceite y se coloca en la estufa a calentar. Y una vez ya pasado la pechuga de pollo por  la harina de trigo, el huevo y el pan rallado y este ya el aceite caliente se colocan las milanesas a freír unos dos minutos por cada lado.

Al freír las milanesas por ambos lados se retira del sartén, se sirven en un plato y ya está lista para comer.

Puedes comerlas solas o acompañarlas con algo más, en este caso la serví con un rico arroz blanco, ensalada rallada de zanahoria y col y unas tajadas de plátano frito. Y listo a comer.
