El cumpleaños de nuestra querida madre siempre ha sido un momento de alegría para todos sus hijos, aunque poco compartimos en familia es necesario atesorar recuerdos con nuestros padres. 

Recientemente mi mamá, La Sra. Mercedes y mi sobrina mayor (Ambas tienen el mismo nombre) estuvieron de cumpleaños el fin de semana pasado, como he comentado en otras publicaciones nuestra familia en el año 2022 ha tenido momentos muy duros, lamentablemente perdimos físicamente a mis dos hermanos mayores dejando una gran tristeza en nuestros corazones. Mi mamá, al cumplirse 4 meses de la partida de su hijo se mostraba totalmente en desacuerdo al igual que mi sobrina (hija del difunto) en realizar una pequeña celebración, en reiteradas oportunidades nos dice que extraña mucho a sus hijos y que su vida ha cambiado para siempre. 

Ciertamente, no todo debe ser tristezas y tanta nostalgia porque aún estamos sus hijos con vida y queremos verla bien, apartamos un pequeño momento el fin de semana para homenajear a estas dos grandes mujeres de nuestra familia; virtuosas, elegantes, risueñas y entregadas. No podía faltar una linda torta preparada al gusto de ellas, colorida, con flores y especialmente hecha con el amor más sincero del mundo.

Our dear mother's birthday has always been a moment of joy for all her children, although we share little as a family it is necessary to treasure memories with our parents. 

Recently my mom, Mrs. Mercedes and my oldest niece (both have the same name) had their birthdays last weekend, as I have commented in other publications our family in the year 2022 has had very hard times, unfortunately we physically lost my two older brothers leaving a great sadness in our hearts. My mom, 4 months after her son's departure, totally disagreed as did my niece (daughter of the deceased) in having a small celebration, she repeatedly tells us that she misses her children very much and that her life has changed forever. 

Certainly, not everything should be sadness and nostalgia because we are still her living children and we want to see her well, we reserved a small moment of the weekend to pay tribute to these two great women of our family; virtuous, elegant, smiling and dedicated. We could not miss a beautiful cake prepared to her taste, colorful, with flowers and specially made with the most sincere love in the world.

• Comencé preparando los pasteles con anticipación, preferiblemente 1 día antes. Lo hice en varias capas para acelerar la cocción. Utilice moldes de 16 cm de diámetro por 8cm de alto. Te recomiendo no llenar completamente ya que se puede derramar. 
• Seguidamente prepare un merengue suizo bastante estable, agregué 4 cucharadas extra de azúcar pulverizada. 
• Si a tus panes les ha quedado barriguita producto del horneado debes retirar y nivelar, además de separar en capa para incorporar el relleno. En este caso use dulce de leche industrial aproximadamente 600 gramos dividos en 3 capas de relleno. 
• Colocar soporte es indispensable, ya que si queda bastante alto te ayudará a transportarlo sin riesgo que se desplome, usa los necesarios. Use 5. 
• Para comenzar a decorar, aplique una primera capa de Merengue reforzado, es decir , con azúcar pulverizada para proteger las migas y lograr un acabado prolijo. 
• Cubrí con una capa nuevamente y di un poco de textura con una brocha, no necesitaba un acabado tan perfecto porque usaria complementos decorativos. 
• Para darle brillo aplique polvo metalizado diluido en licor blanco y solo pinté la parte superior. 
• Realicé algunos puntos en boquilla con 1M tanto en la parte inferior como superior. 
• Lleve a refrigeración 10 min antes de trasladar. 
• Decoramos al gusto! Son elementos decorativos elaborados por nosotros no comestibles.

- To give it shine I applied metallic powder diluted in white liquor and only painted the upper part. 
- I made some dots in nozzle with 1M on both the bottom and top. 
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before transferring. 
- Decorate to taste! These are decorative elements elaborated by us, not edible.
