<h4>¡Se ha ido el mes de enero!</h4> Ya terminó el primer mes del año y no podía dejar pasar por alto una experiencia maravillosa que tenía pendiente con ustedes. Lamentablemente, en diciembre del 2022 perdí el registro fotográfico que quería publicar la cual desistí por varias semanas, el día de hoy a través de una estudiante recuperé parte de lo que quería mostrar y es así como decido nuevamente retomar mi espacio con noticias positivas.

<h4>January is gone!</h4> The first month of the year is over and I could not miss a wonderful experience that I had pending with you. Unfortunately, in December 2022 I lost the photographic record that I wanted to publish which I gave up for several weeks, today through a student I recovered part of what I wanted to show and this is how I decide to resume my space with positive news.

Seguramente ya has tenido la oportunidad de ver el enfoque de mi perfil, mayormente realizo recetas relacionadas a postres y también parte de los productos que ofrezco en mi emprendimiento, he tenido la oportunidad de recibir asesoramiento por parte de profesionales la cual me ha ayudado a mejorar y obviamente practicar las tendencias del momento. Ahora bien, aparte de dedicarme a la repostería trabajo como profesora en una institución pública en Venezuela permitiéndome tener mayor contacto con los miembros de la comunidad, además conocer sus fortalezas y debilidades que forman parte de la realidad del país. Ciertamente, al tocar estos puntos me sentí identificada con varias chicas ya que, tenemos un “hobby” en común y es que aman la repostería tanto como yo, pude ver en su rostro la alegría que les generaba tener a alguien con quien compartir del tema y poder más adelante intercambiar experiencias. 

>Surely you have already had the opportunity to see the focus of my profile, I mostly make recipes related to desserts and also part of the products I offer in my venture, I have had the opportunity to receive advice from professionals which has helped me to improve and obviously practice the trends of the moment. Now, apart from dedicating myself to baking, I work as a teacher in a public institution in Venezuela, allowing me to have more contact with the members of the community, as well as to know their strengths and weaknesses that are part of the reality of the country. Certainly, when I touched on these points I felt identified with several girls since we have a "hobby" in common and they love baking as much as I do, I could see in their faces the joy that it generated in them to have someone to share the subject and later be able to exchange experiences.   

Al transcurrir los días, comencé a organizar un pequeño proyecto y sin perder tiempo escribía cada ocurrencia sin dejar escapar detalles, al tener todo listo les presenté la propuesta a las representantes la cual quedaron encantadas y aparte de conocerme como personal de la institución les expliqué en que consiste mi otro trabajo, los halagos no tardaron en llegar al ver fotografías de mis pasteles donde me sentí motivada a enseñarles lo que con dedicación y esfuerzo he aprendido en este corto tiempo. 

>As the days went by, I began to organize a small project and without wasting time I wrote down each occurrence without letting details escape, when I had everything ready I presented the proposal to the representatives who were delighted and apart from knowing me as staff of the institution I explained to them what my other work consists of, the compliments did not take long to arrive when they saw pictures of my cakes where I felt motivated to teach them what with dedication and effort I have learned in this short time.

Nuestro proyecto estuvo organizado por 4 encuentros la cual denominamos I Taller de Formación en Repostería Básica, de esta manera se llevó a cabo y con mucha alegría te cuento nuestra experiencia. 

>Our project was organized for 4 meetings which we called I Basic Pastry Training Workshop, this way it was carried out and with great joy I tell you our experience. 


<strong>MODULO I:</strong>

•	<strong>Cómo surgió el proyecto y quiénes estarán involucrados en la formación:</strong>
 Dentro de las instituciones educativas llevamos Planes, Proyectos y Programas que se busca involucrar directamente al representante en el proceso educativo de sus hijos, esto forma parte de la triada familia-Escuela y Comunidad, surge ya que existe la necesidad de formación en la temática y el interés en las participantes de mejorar sus técnicas, el proyecto estuvo a cargo de mi persona con la ayuda de colegas de la institución. 
•	<strong>Normas Establecidas:</strong> 
Consideré necesario establecer normas para llevar a cabo el proyecto, enfaticé la importancia del cumplimiento de la asistencia, aunque la participación era netamente voluntaria, de igual manera el horario juega un papel muy importante para desarrollar la parte teórica y práctica. 
•	<strong>Herramientas e Ingredientes:</strong> La primera limitante que percibimos en este proyecto era el uso de las herramientas, ya que se llevaría a cabo dentro de la institución y allí será un poco complejo la disponibilidad de las mismas, sin pensarlo y con plena disposición decidí facilitar todas las herramientas necesarias para iniciar, era necesario el uso de horno, batidoras, moldes, utensilios entre otros. Por supuesto siempre hubo la disposición de colegas en movilizar desde mi hogar todo lo mencionado anteriormente y llevarlo al sitio de nuestro encuentro. Luego, teníamos que tener la disponibilidad de los ingredientes a utilizar en cada clase, esto se logró gracias a la colaboración activa de las participantes que en grupo organizado después de totalizar las cantidades necesarias. 
•	<strong>Qué aprenderemos:</strong> 
Diferencia entre Bizcochos y Ponqué, uso de ingredientes y peso, horneado correcto, diferencias de materia grasa, desmoldante casero, torta de vainilla y marmoleadas, como hacer de esto su emprendimiento, cupcakes de vainilla y chocolate, conservación de pasteles, merengue suizo, colorimetría, estabilidad del merengue, nivelación de pasteles, rellenos recomendables, tortas altas, decoración con temática, matizadores con alcohol, uso de peines decorativos entre otros.

<strong>- How the project arose and who will be involved in the training:</strong> 
Within the educational institutions we carry Plans, Projects and Programs that seek to directly involve the representative in the educational process of their children, this is part of the triad family-School and Community, it arises since there is a need for training in the subject and the interest in the participants to improve their techniques, the project was in charge of my person with the help of colleagues of the institution. 
<strong>- Rules Established:</strong>
 I considered it necessary to establish rules to carry out the project, I emphasized the importance of compliance with attendance, although participation was purely voluntary, likewise the schedule plays a very important role to develop the theoretical and practical part. 

<strong>- Tools and Ingredients:</strong>
 The first limitation that we perceived in this project was the use of tools, since it would be carried out within the institution and there it will be a little complex the availability of the same, without thinking about it and with full willingness I decided to facilitate all the necessary tools to start, it was necessary the use of oven, mixers, molds, utensils among others. Of course there was always the willingness of colleagues to mobilize from my home everything mentioned above and take it to the site of our meeting. Then, we had to have the availability of the ingredients to be used in each class, this was achieved thanks to the active collaboration of the participants who in organized group after totaling the necessary quantities. 

<strong>- What we will learn:</strong>

 Difference between Bizcochos and Ponqué, use of ingredients and weight, correct baking, differences of fatty matter, homemade mold release, vanilla cake and marmoleadas, how to make this your venture, vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, cake preservation, Swiss meringue, colorimetry, meringue stability, cake leveling, recommended fillings, high cakes, themed decoration, alcohol tints, use of decorative combs among others.

<strong>MODULO II: </strong>

En esta sección se llevó a cabo la parte teórica y practica de manera didáctica y tomando en cuenta en conocimiento previo de las chicas, sabemos que siempre la repostería ha sido el punto de partida para muchos emprendimientos y que al trascurrir el tiempo van cambiando formulas y métodos de preparación, fue un momento de risas y experiencias muy lindas. 

>In this section the theoretical and practical part was carried out in a didactic way and taking into account the previous knowledge of the girls, we know that baking has always been the starting point for many ventures and that as time goes by formulas and methods of preparation are changing, it was a moment of laughter and very nice experiences.

•	<strong>Descripción de Ingredientes y peso:</strong>
 Es importante como punto de partida conocer e ir usando ingrediente que cumplan nuestras expectativas en calidad y precio ya que existen gran variedad en el mercado, les indique las marcas y mis recomendaciones de cada producto en este momento. Además, señale la importancia de medir correctamente los ingredientes y lograr el equilibrio ideal en cada receta, ciertamente en casa no se usan referencias de peso, pero al momento de tener un mejor resultado lo indicado es seguir esta indicación. 

•<strong>	Receta con peso indicado:</strong>
 Compartí mi receta con descripción exacta de cada pastel ya sea de forma comercial o para el hogar.
<strong>•	Preparación:  </strong>
Algo que creí tan fácil al llegar a este momento resultó increíble para mí, ya que varias de las chicas tenían métodos distintos y en su mayoría errados en esta parte. Comencé pesando los ingredientes e indicando la forma correcta de lograr una mezcla rendidora y con un resultado favorable. Expliqué la importancia de hacer un merengue estable para tortas, diferencias entre aceite y margarina, líquidos como leche y jugo natural, uso de esencias de vainilla y la ralladura de limón. Importancia de usar desmoldante, uso del horno y temperatura. En esta parte hicimos dos versiones; ponqué con margarina y otro con aceite. La tarea indicada era practicar en casa y evaluar los resultados.

 I shared my recipe with exact description of each cake either commercially or for home.
<strong>• Preparation: </strong>
Something I thought was so easy at this point turned out to be unbelievable to me, since several of the girls had different and mostly wrong methods on this part. I started by weighing the ingredients and indicating the correct way to achieve a yielding mix with a favorable result. I explained the importance of making a stable meringue for cakes, differences between oil and margarine, liquids such as milk and natural juice, the use of vanilla essences and lemon zest. Importance of using mold release, oven use and temperature. In this part we made two versions; put with margarine and another with oil. The task was to practice at home and evaluate the results.

<strong>MODULO III: </strong>

El más largo y esperado por todas, desde el principio querían conocer acerca de la preparación de un merengue firme y estable que le permitiera decorar sin inconvenientes sus pasteles.
En primer lugar, explique la importancia de adquirir huevos de buena calidad y saber cuándo son recomendables para esta receta, cada huevo tiene un aproximado de 30gr de claras. Es necesario pasteurizar las claras a través del baño de maría, proceso de batido y cuánto debe durar, punto ideal para la esencia y azúcar pulverizada. Una de las dudas más frecuente era la colorimetría para colores vibrantes, indicaciones exactas para colores como el rojo, verde entre otros. Posteriormente, la nivelación de la torta y el relleno que más uso, como darle estabilidad para que no se desplome usando soportes. El momento más esperado llego y se trata de la decoración final donde usamos capa cubremigas, combinación de colores en degradado, uso de peines decorativos, como activar colores como dorado y las escharchas decorativas COMESTIBLES. Finalmente, como usar papelería creativa en pasteles, un complemente en tendencia actualmente y que también diseñamos mi hermana y yo.

<strong>MODULO IV:</strong>

Este módulo fue el más emocionante para mí, ya que se trata de un compartir de experiencias aplicando las recetas y técnicas que se llevaron a cabo con anticipación. Me llenó de satisfacción poder ayudarles durante días, saber que estaban en pleno ensayo y error con la certeza que iban por buen camino. Al llegar el día, llevaron sus creaciones para degustar entre todos, cada una de ellas expreso su experiencia acerca de su preparación, nos reímos hasta mas no poder ya que al explicar aun percibían algunos errores que por costumbre cometían. Para finalizar hicimos entrega de certificados por participación y cumplir con el proyecto.

This module was the most exciting for me, since it is a sharing of experiences applying the recipes and techniques that were carried out in advance. It filled me with satisfaction to be able to help them for days, knowing that they were in full trial and error with the certainty that they were on the right track. When the day arrived, they brought their creations to taste among all of them, each one of them expressed their experience about their preparation, we laughed as much as we could because when explaining they still perceived some mistakes that they usually made. At the end we handed out certificates for participation and fulfillment of the project.

Me quedo con la grata experiencia de haber impartido de forma gratuita este tipo de enseñanza, tengo la certeza que fue una información valiosa y de provecho para quienes participaron en ello, actualmente emprender en Venezuela es una tarea titánica por muchos factores que todos conocemos y apropiarse de técnicas por parte de profesionales resulta ya un poco costoso, no quería ser yo que limitara este deseo de aprender en estas personas interesadas. Agradezco la receptividad y reconocimiento a mi trabajo que con tanto cariño realizo y seguiré encantada dentro de mis posibilidades continuar enseñando.
