¡Hola mis queridos amigos!

Retomando el ritmo de mis publicaciones hoy les traigo una dulce y tentativa receta. La mayoría de las veces terminamos preparando cualquier cosa para la merienda de los niños pero, también existen los deseos de comer algo delicioso que no resulta tan rápido hacer. Han sido muchos los intentos de querer hacer donas, todos fallidos. Hoy nuevamente quise reformular la receta que había trabajado anteriormente y el resultado fue realmente encantador. Me da mucho gusto haber documentado el paso a paso y poder hacer esta publicación para ustedes. Espero puedan animarse y disfrutar en familia.

Hello my dear friends!

Getting back into the rhythm of my posts today I bring you a sweet and tempting recipe. Most of the time we end up preparing anything for the children's snack but, there is also the desire to eat something delicious that is not so quick to make. There have been many attempts to make donuts, all failed. Today again I wanted to reformulate the recipe I had worked on before and the result was really lovely. It gives me great pleasure to have documented the step by step and to be able to make this publication for you. I hope you can cheer up and enjoy it with your family.

•	500 gr Harina todo uso
•	10 gr levadura seca
•	80 gr mantequilla derretida
•	150 ml de leche
•	50ml agua caliente
•	3 cucharadas de azúcar
•	1 cucharada de vainilla
•	1 cucharada de sal
•	Aceite para freír
•	1 huevo
•	Para el glaseado: 2 cucharadas soperas de azúcar glas
•	Chocolate para derretir
•	3 cucharadas de leche

- 10 gr dry yeast
- 80 gr melted butter
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml warm water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon salt

- For the glaze: 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- Chocolate for melting
- 3 tablespoons milk

•	El líquido que vamos a utilizar debe estar caliente.
•	Derretir mantequilla y reservar.
•	Pesar los ingredientes
•	En una taza colocar la leche tibia, la levadura, una cucharada de azúcar, remover y dejar reposar por 10 a 15 minutos TAPADO.
•	Seguidamente, en un bol colocamos la harina, la azúcar restante, la sal, el huevo, mantequilla derretida y agregamos la mezcla que hemos preparado con anticipación.
•	Comenzamos el proceso del amasado, con calma y con las manos untadas de aceite para que no se pegue al principio, de ser necesario espolvorea harina y continúa amasando en una superficie plana. 15 minutos. La masa no debe estar muy suave ni muy densa. 
•	Bolea la masa y lleva nuevamente al bol para reposar durante 1 hora.
•	Nuevamente coloca en la superficie plana y con la ayuda de un rodillo aplana dejando de grosor 1 cm aproximadamente.
•	Con un cortador o vaso marca los círculos, recuerda hacer el del centro.
•	Lleva cada círculo a una bandeja, tapa nuevamente y deja reposar durante 20 a 30 minutos.
•	Calienta una sartén con suficiente aceite y comienza a freír, al retirar colócalas en un papel absorbente. Deja enfriar.
•	Derrite chocolate con leche líquida y decora si gustas.
•	El glaseado blanco lo hacemos con azúcar glas y leche líquida, no debe quedar tan líquido. Introduce la donas allí y voltea. 
•	También puedes comer solamente con azúcar o canela en polvo.

- The white glaze is made with powdered sugar and liquid milk, it should not be too liquid. Put the donuts in the glaze and turn them upside down. 
- You can also eat only with sugar or cinnamon powder.
