Index rents are so insanely unfair. In house of a fr
Index rents are so insanely unfair. In house of a friend of mine, the rent increases by 10%. No salary automatically goes up 10%. Why Rental Income? In contrast to the tenants, the apartments do not need 10% more to exist.

I assume Index here is a type of estate/house renting?

You mean, increases 10% each year? Without any reason? (Sadly, even if not stated, I can think of one reason being inflation. Currencies lose high percentages of their value each year, ***still a scummy move either way.)***

Index rents are coupled to the inflation. Landlords can increase rent yearly based on inflation.
